Overview
RubinBrown's Real Estate Group is a nationally recognized leader in providing specialized audit, tax and consulting services across the country in the affordable housing, low-income housing, historic rehabilitation, New Markets and Renewable Energy credit segments as well as Opportunity Zones.
As a member of the RubinBrown's Real Estate Tax Team, the successful candidate will work directly with the tax staff accountants, other managers and partners of the firm's Real Estate Services Group. The successful candidate will use his or her foundation in pass-through accounting and taxation, along with specialized skills related to tax compliance and consulting regulations. The Real Estate Tax Team has a specific focus on issues related to tax credit and tax incentive properties, including low-income housing, historic rehabilitation, New Markets and Renewable Energy credits as well as Opportunity Zones.
A background in all or any of these topics is welcomed but not required. Tax Partners and Managers must provide outstanding consulting, compliance and project management services to our real estate clients. Tax Partners and Managers must be aware of the professionalism necessary for not only effectively and efficiently addressing client needs but also with working with others and on teams.
Major Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, review and complete real estate tax work/tax returns for multiple clients in accordance with RubinBrown Client Service Standards
- Utilize his or her extensive foundation of knowledge related to pass-through taxation and regulations and, as applicable, tax credit real estate properties including tax compliance and consulting
- Participate in and/or create practice development opportunities
- Identify process and performance improvement opportunities
- Assume responsibilities for project management of various client groups, including regular communication with clients and contacts related to tax compliance and consulting
- Drive workflow with clients and team members
- Research current tax compliance and consulting issues
- Work closely with and directly communicate with other real estate team members, in addition to client personnel
Preferred Experience/Background/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related degree and CPA or other related certification (required)
- Strong technical skills including the ability to effectively utilize technology and the commitment to learning in the technology environment
- A minimum of 5 years of pass-through taxation and compliance experience, including supervision and review experience. Prior experience with pass-through entity tax credits is preferred but not required
- Excellent analytical and leadership ability
- Solid project management skills
- Ability to work on a team and develop other individuals
- Ability to meet challenging client requirements and deadlines, provide services, and possess strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and research abilities

WHAT DOES A VP, GROUP ACCOUNT DIRECTOR DO?
Provides senior-level leadership and guidance for the interactive marketing plans for a group of clients and/or brands managed by other Account Directors. Shares responsibility for client retention by maintaining mid-to senior-level relationships, providing additional opportunities and assessing risk associated with the client. Responsible for meeting the campaigns’ financial impact on budget, target goals and objectives for both the client and for EVERSANA INTOUCH. The Group Account Supervisor is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to develop effective communication and tactical plans. OVERVIEW:
DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a full-time Vendor Relations Group Lead on the 1B shift in Conklin
Shifts for the Group Leader positions: 1B: Wednesday - Saturday 6:30a - 5:00p
Rate: $21.55/hr.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Coordinates activities as directed by the Supervisor of a group of associates in a designated area in order to maximize productivity
* Trains new associates on department procedures & job duties. Retrain associates on methods & procedures
* Monitors associates, identifies errors & corrects as needed
* Maintains accurate & efficient department operating procedures. Maintains adherence to safety & processing standards
* Reports all discrepancies to Supervisor in a timely manner. Communicates with other department supervisors, leads & own team members
* Handles & responds to minor issues dealing with process & operational procedures
* Resolves operational problems
* Reads, understands & interprets report. Coordinates paperwork
* Maintains a safe & clean work environment. Performs all functions of the department to accomplish tasks
* Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Experience in distribution center/retail
* Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
* WMS-Manhattan & PMMS
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Targeted Pay Range: $21.55 - $30.95. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. As a Registered Nurse at MercyOne, you will provide patient care in outpatient settings and are responsible for delivering safe, effective, and evidence-based patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. They coordinate care provided by other clinical staff, support patient and family education, and ensure communication across healthcare teams. They are accountable for clinical standards and may operate with minimal supervision.

General Requirements:
Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions. Plans, assesses, intervenes, and provides direct patient care using critical thinking and nursing processes (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Performs comprehensive patient assessments (physical, psychosocial, nutritional, functional, safety, spiritual, cultural, educational). Makes nursing decisions based on patient status and care needs. Administers medications and treatments safely via multiple routes (oral, IM, SC, ID, IV, inhalation, topical, ocular, optic, sublingual, nasal) and documents accordingly. Performs nursing care, lab and diagnostic tests, specimen collection, phlebotomy, and limited radiology procedures following policies and universal precautions. Assists providers with patient care, phone/mail/fax communications, scheduling, consents, admissions, referrals, and outpatient procedures. Communicates and collaborates with physicians, staff, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members regarding care plans and patient needs. Educates patients, families, and clinical staff on treatments, medications, test preparation, discharge, and health maintenance; documents education and evaluates understanding. Participates in staff meetings, committees, quality improvement, risk management, and performance improvement projects. Maintains documentation accuracy and completeness in EMR: assessments, vitals, symptoms, treatments, medications, education, charges, lab results, histories, and consults. Maintains and monitors supplies, equipment, medication stock, and office machines; follows maintenance and quality control protocols; reports malfunctions. Recognizes and responds appropriately to urgent/emergency patient needs and initiates emergency procedures. Other duties as needed and assigned by the manager. Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.
Education:
Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment. Active RN License in the state of Iowa; Licensure from other states may be required based on location. Compact State License acceptable where applicable. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 3 months of hire. Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to the population served within 3 months of hire. Proficient in basic computer skills (Windows environment, web-based navigation, email, MS Office). Ability to work with diverse groups of people in a collaborative, shared leadership environment. Requires the ability to read, write and understand the English language, and communicate effectively with patient, visitors, and colleagues while performing their job duties. Completion of specialty classes or proof of other certifications required for some roles. Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health.
