We are seeking Overnight Inpatient Technicians who are personable, self-motivated, and strong communicators with excellent organizational skills. In this role, you will assist with a variety of daily tasks while collaborating closely with all departments across the hospital.

Position Overview:
The Inpatient Technician’s primary responsibility is to provide care for the hospitalized patients that are deemed stable according to the veterinarian’s evaluation and RBVH’s defined levels of hospitalization. This individual will assess patients and facilitate treatments under the direction of the supervising veterinarian. They will have excellent communication with the supervising veterinarian and address concerns with the patients as they arise. The ER Inpatient Technician is expected to work with all doctors, technicians, and assistants to perform diagnostics and execute treatment plans for the hospitalized patient.

Patient Care & Nursing Skills
- Basic husbandry and care for domestic and exotic patients

The Surgery Technician supports surgeons and the related patient care of surgical cases. The surgery team is a dynamic group within an ER and Specialty Hospital that has a busy caseload of elective and emergency procedures. The Surgery Technician assists with various surgeries including soft tissue, orthopedic, laparoscopic, and other advanced surgeries.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Senior Special Operations Veteran with additional corporate security experience to join our growing Operations Team in Charlotte, NC. Office-based role with the opportunity to deploy both domestically and internationally. Duties include: planning, organizing and executing evacuations for clients in need, providing client security consultation services to include development and maintenance of emergency evacuation plans, organizational procedures and policies, vulnerability and threat assessments, and security exercises, creating, managing and enhancing relationships with strategic partners, and planning and liaising with executive protection providers for clients traveling abroad.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, manage and coordinate evacuations for security emergencies, rescues and natural disasters
- Provide tactical logistics planning support to medical operations personnel
- Provide crisis management, planning, training and other consultative services to GR institutional clients
- Lead the development of new crisis management processes and procedures
- Work directly with other internal functional areas to support clients and partners
- Manage vendor relationships and database creation/maintenance
- Domestic and international travel; respond personally when required, to crisis locations
- Create, manage and enhance relationships with strategic partners
- Represent Global Rescue on sales calls and client visits
- Attend tradeshows and conferences
- Oversee and prepare client reports and documents
- Provide client consultation services to include development and maintenance of organizational security procedures, plans and policies, pre-travel security and risk assessments, and security exercises and training.
- Plan and liaise with executive protection service providers for clients traveling abroad
QUALIFICATIONS
- 15 years of special operations military experience is required, Senior NCO of Field Grade Officer with combat leadership experience
- 3-5 years of corporate/private sector security experience
- Experience with conducting threat, vulnerability and risk analysis
- Experience with working in cross-cultural and multi-national environments
- A working knowledge of at least one Foreign language
- Undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited institution
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to quickly learn and utilize new software systems and applications

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead and manage hotel operations to maximize profits and achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Understand P&L statements and react with impactful strategies for property success.
- Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance and service and financial measurement.
- Direct the leadership team in the development and implementation of hotel-wide strategies.
- Create a synergistic leadership team and business environment that consistently delivers positive results and continuously strives to improve results.
- Be highly visible and interface with guests on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of service levels and overall satisfaction.
- Analyze service issues and identify trends. Facilitate the development of creative solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure implementation to continually improve guest satisfaction results.
- Review sales goals and strategies to ensure alignment with the brand business strategy and proper pricing and positioning of the property in the market.
- Support the sales strategy and encourage leadership team to develop effective revenue management strategies and set goals that will drive the property’s financial performance.
- Identify operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and implement measures to correct those deficiencies.
- Responsible for monthly and weekly revenue/expense forecasting.
- Participate in preparing annual revenue and expense budgets.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
- Tour and inspect property on a daily basis and monitor for property cleanliness, safety and security, quality control and exceptional service.

We are looking for a Hotel General Manager with at least 5 years of experience at a property with over 120 rooms and Marriott or Hilton experience is preferred.
