Job Summary:
Conducts and performs training or solutions using the appropriate medium and method (classroom, computer-based training [CBT], simulations, on-the-job [OJT], coaching, job-aids) to satisfy business needs and requirements related to aircraft systems installation and repair requirements. Conducts training covering a broad range of aircraft subject matter.
Responsibilities:
- Instructs in the performance of aircraft installations, repairs, and modifications on commercial and military aircraft Airframe and Flight Control systems.
- Assesses and tests the competence of employees/students in performing tasks requiring certification or qualification to comply with government and organizational standards and specifications.

Summary: The responsibilities of the Senior Maintenance Technician will be distributed broadly across several functional areas supported by Engineering. Primary responsibilities will include maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of process equipment and conveyor systems, automation training, support, and troubleshooting; Facilities moves/additions/changes; support of Engineering and CI initiatives and projects; Facilities coordination; site security; site safety and 5S. Primary Responsibilities:
- Meet Facilities quarterly performance metrics targets and departmental goals.
- Perform preventive maintenance on process equipment, conveyor systems and building equipment.
- Performs Installation and startup of mechanical and/or electrical equipment and systems.
- Identification of spare parts, highlighting critical spare parts, and maintaining efficient inventory levels of spare parts.
- Completion of service ticket requests and work order assignments production equipment and some building equipment.
- Perform repairs on mechanical equipment, conveyor systems, electrical systems and controls, including SATO printers, Stream feeder inserters and box erecting/sealing equipment.
- Work directly with Plant Facilities Management and Asurion IT Department to execute changes, moves and/or expansions of departments and workspaces.
- Assist Supervisor/Manager with managing vendors, holding them accountable for work requested.
- Installation of pneumatic piping, tubing, actuators, valves, and pneumatic systems as well as electrical conduit, wiring and controls.
- Overtime and/or extended work hours will be required to include on call.
- Observe all applicable safe job practices and fully comply with Asurion Safety Policy.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
- Responsible for programming, repairing, and maintaining automated machinery or computer systems. In charge of testing and troubleshooting automated systems to ensure smooth process flow and understanding.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED
- Associates degree or Post-Secondary Technical School preferred.
- 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a technical machine repair function, that includes machine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of high-speed packaging equipment, and highly automated equipment and production lines.
- Detail oriented individual with good organizational skills, and proven ability to initiate priorities based on general guidelines.

Advanced Environmental Group, Inc. (AEG) is seeking a Safety Specialist - Site Safety Officer in California. The health and safety technician will support the AEG Safety Team. This position is designed for individuals with 3-5+ years of experience in the construction safety and environmental remediation field. This individual must be familiar with general construction, drilling, heavy equipment operation and large-scale remedial/construction activity. This contracted position is a full-time.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Full time assignment to complete a variety of health and safety related roles in support of a major projects. The CHST®, ASP® or CHST/ASP® candidate will provide oversight of field crews performances during, installation and testing; construction of remediation well-head infrastructure; above-ground water storage infrastructure; buildings and above-ground structures; grading and earthwork; construction of electrical infrastructure; and, controls/instrumentation activities. All site work will be conducted in accordance with Cal/OSHA (Construction and General Industry) Safety Orders; site specific health and safety plan(s); and, AEG policies and procedures.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years’ experience performing full time construction health and safety related tasks including: managing safety programs, processes, conducting hazard analyses and audits, and developing controls;
Certified Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST®) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP®) or meet requirements to sit and pass exam;
40-hour OSHA Hazwoper Certified or training to be provided;

Field work and desk/office work. Walking on uneven terrain including paved areas, gravel/rocks, and dirt/sand is required to access various locations on the project site.
CRITICALITY OF ATTENDANCE
Regular attendance and punctuality is required. Project schedule and is based on a 8-hour day, 5 days per week. Overtime may be required through duration of the job.

We are seeking Robot Programmers/Technicians with hands-on Fanuc robotics experience to support integration and commissioning efforts for a high-volume automotive manufacturer in Northern Indiana.
This role requires strong hands-on experience with Fanuc robotics, body shop applications, and special means build. The selected candidates will support programming, touch-ups, commissioning, and quality collaboration during pre-commissioning and launch phases.

Key Responsibilities
Programming & Optimization
- Develop, modify, and optimize Fanuc robot programs for body shop applications
- Configure robot frames, tools, payloads, and TCPs
- Support rapid program adjustments during special means builds
Commissioning & Startup Support
- Perform robot teaching, touch-ups, and recovery in production and pre-commissioning environments
- Support robot cell startup and offline system work
- Assist in commissioning activities under tight timelines
Troubleshooting & Floor Support
- Troubleshoot robot alarms, motion issues, and sequence ladder logic
- Coordinate with Controls teams to validate I/O, interlocks, and handshaking
- Provide on-floor programming support during peak production periods
Quality & Collaboration
- Work closely with Quality teams to improve weld quality, part accuracy, and repeatability
- Support containment actions and fast-turn engineering changes
- Follow all safety procedures in active manufacturing environments
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of industrial robotics experience
- Strong hands-on Fanuc programming and troubleshooting
- Experience in automotive body shop environments preferred
- Ability to work extended shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

SUMMARY
The Assistant Project Manager position is a managerial role that is crucial to the successful planning, execution, and completion of solar construction projects. The Assistant Project Manager will have a range of responsibilities including project coordination, material procurement, permit management, and quality control, in addition to providing direct support to project-based staff and trades. They will also be responsible for fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship on-site, while maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders. The APM is expected to lead by example, upholding high standards in safety, quality, and professional development of their team.
This position reports to the Director of Project, or another management personnel that the CEO may designate. This position is a project-based assignment opportunity and hybrid working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm local time. Overtime and weekend working hours will be required as needed. This position is expected to travel up to 100%.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIE
- Oversee and manage the execution of project deliverables and ensure compliance with project timelines and standards.
- Lead procurement processes and coordinate engineering solutions in collaboration with project personnel.
- Acquire and sustain all necessary permits and ensure rigorous adherence to project specifications.
- Enhance team collaboration and communication across all project stakeholders, internally and externally.
- Supervise the generation and organization of project reports and technical documents and maintain strict control over project documentation.
- Provide operational support to superintendents, including timekeeping, resource allocation, and quality management.
- Demonstrate leadership in safety, initiating job hazard analyses, and advocating for safe work practices throughout the project duration.
- Enforce environmental policies by overseeing appropriate field staff training and certifications.
- Champion professional development of Field Engineers by designing and executing development plan training and certifications.
- Cultivate professional relationships with third parties and meet client expectations with high standards of communication.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or another related field, and 2 years construction experience, or;
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in related field.
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must have experience with construction scheduling, CPM logic, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability in supporting projects: development, planning, installation, and execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel full-time.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
