Production Floor Lead:

The Associate Buyer is a key member of the team tasked with elevating one of our iconic brands at TR Retail LLC, and successfully growing its business in our retail and ecommerce stores. The role works closely with the Brand Director, Product Merchandising, and Marketing to inform how the buy is built and executed at retail. With support from the Director of Merchandising and Inventory Lifecycle Management (the Director), the Associate Buyer will formulate and execute buying and assortment strategies to maximize sales, net profit, and store performance for the assigned categories. The Associate Buyer is responsible for the overall health of inventory, maintaining proper stock levels and assortments through detailed analysis for the retail and online stores. This role will reallocate and replenish merchandise between warehouse and stores based on sales and stock levels, to optimize sales opportunities with the pursuit of getting the right products to the right place at the right time. This role is also responsible for providing necessary analysis and reports to the Senior Retail team to aid decisions.ย ย

Buyingย
- Own end to end merchandising and buying strategies, identify and seek opportunities to positively affect companyโs overall point of view and financial outcome.ย
- Review seasonal collections, strategize investments based on OTB, sales analysis, trend projection, and historical performance for their assigned brand and/or category.ย
- Build, evaluate and revise sales plans at category and collection level.ย
- Develop monthly allocation and product launch plans in collaboration with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Store Operations, in accordance with marketing and promotion strategies.ย

- Review weekly replenishment/ transfer recommendations made by Retail Support Team and make necessary adjustmentsย
- Validate all replenishment POs written by Retail Support Team and send to Corporate Customer Serviceย
- Analyze stock performance and recommend merchandise for markdown and eventual RTVย
- Execute markdowns and other price changes in retail systemย
- Manage minimums for auto replenishable stock, review and adjust when necessaryย
- Plan and communicate Monthly Delivery Calendar for retail and online stores to ensure merchandise are delivered promptly and according to marketing plans; coordinate and negotiate with Shipping Department to minimize impact on merchandise delaysย
- Work with Store Managers, Retail Operations, Customer Service, and Shipping Departments to resolve shipping discrepanciesย

As a Senior Project Engineer at Doka USA, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of formwork projects from conception to completion. Leveraging your expertise in structural engineering, project management, and leadership, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality formwork solutions that meet project objectives, adhere to safety standards, and exceed client expectations. This will be an in-person role based out of our Kenilworth, NJ branch and will report into our Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of formwork projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements, constraints, and risks.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to procure materials, equipment, and resources required for project execution.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, resolving complex engineering challenges and ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to assess workmanship, safety practices, and adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Manage client communications, addressing inquiries, concerns, and change requests in a proactive and professional manner.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required with the ability to stamp within the state of Texas.
- Proven experience in project engineering and management within the construction industry, with a focus on formwork-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, construction methodologies, and building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software, CAD software, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Prior experience in formwork design, scaffolding, or related fields is preferred.

Doka USA is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to support our Western Region, responsible for revenue generation, territory growth strategy implementation, sales personnel development, and overall price-quality performance. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen who can effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams, negotiate favorable terms on behalf of Doka, foster client relationships, and ensure projects are executed to the highest standards. This remote position is based in the Western Region and reports directly to the Western Region Director. This Territory Sales Manager will be overseeing activities in the states of Arizona, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming, Montana, Oregon, Alaska, Washington and Idaho.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Region Director to develop and execute strategic business plans that achieve short- and medium-term financial goals.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering collaboration across departments and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Drive revenue growth by targeting and securing new business opportunities in the formwork and shoring sector, along with additional market areas as instructed by the Region Director.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and stakeholders to expand Dokaโs market presence.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, close deals, and manage customer accounts.

- Maintain accurate pipeline data quality in Dokaโs specified CRM system.
- Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with the care team to support optimal patient outcomes in sleep health.
- Preferred experience as an advanced practice provider in Sleep Medicine, Respiratory care, Cardiology, Pulmonology, or Internal Medicine.

- The pay range for this full-time position is $115,000 - $150,765 annually. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. A productivity incentive may be offered for this position.
