Description
The Global Cloud Engineering Leader will be responsible for the overall technical direction for Cloud hosting and automation tools for the company. This role will lead onshore and offshore cloud build and automation resources who are responsible for having a deep understanding of our business strategy, and the creation of a technical capability that enables and accelerates business goals through rapid deployment and scalability of new features and functionalities.
• Lead team’s Cloud Engineering and DevOps implementations and practices as it relates to Azure Cloud Environments and support, application deployments, site reliability and disaster recovery

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our business teams. Embedded in a dedicated pod, you'll manage purchase orders, track requests, facilitate supplier onboarding, and ensure procurement flows seamlessly through systems and approvals.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role where you'll work closely with cross functional partners (e.g sourcing, supply chain, finance) to translate requests into clean procurement transactions and keep momentum. You will report to a Sourcing Category Lead and work alongside other specialists, logistics, and front-end systems support.
This role provides embedded, hands-on, high-quality procurement support for some of the most complex and fast-moving programs in the world. By sitting close to teams, Procurement Coordinators:
- Ensure suppliers are onboarded quickly, POs flow without error, and shipments arrive on time.

Inventory Specialist
As an Inventory Specialist, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of inventory operations across physical and system environments. Working closely with Purchasing, Production, and Supply Chain teams, you will ensure that materials are accurately received, tracked, stored, and issued to support production schedules.
This role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on execution, and a continuous improvement mindset. - Track, receive, identify, and document inbound inventory in accordance with company procedures.

This is not a remote position and will require an on-campus presence.
Duties & Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage the integration and support of new and existing applications into Mid-State’s ERP and AD environments.
Troubleshoot and provide technical guidance for integrated software application issues, ensuring high availability and performance of connected applications.
Integrate systems technologies.
Improve application performance to include evaluating existing applications for effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
Document integration designs, configurations, and operational procedures for future reference and knowledge transfer.
Support security subsystems.
Collaborate with business users and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical integration specifications.
Develop and maintain APIs and connectors to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation across enterprise systems.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Programming or related field required.
Minimum of three years of experience with API Design and Management (REST, GraphQL, OData, Lingk, OpenAPI/Swagger).
Minimum of five years of experience within the Microsoft Development Environment C#, MSSQL, ASPNET.CORE; on the Microsoft stack; and with SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, table design).
Knowledge of multiple integration disciplines, web services, REST, OData, file based with FTP.
Experience with system integration architecture and design; project management; Visual Basic.NET, Web and Server-Side programming; Windows and Exchange PowerShell.
Must possess excellent problem resolution, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.

The Wholesale Operations Manager at MEGHANI is a full-time, salaried position reporting to the Wholesale Director. This role is responsible for managing internal wholesale operations, ensuring operational accuracy, and owning the systems, workflows, and tools that support BREDA and JBW’s wholesale business. Operational Workflow Ownership

About the Role
The Meta Strategist will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of GLD’s paid social advertising across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). While you’ll own Meta as your primary channel, you’ll work collaboratively with other Performance Marketing team members on cross channel strategy, reporting, and planning contributing to a larger growth strategy rather than operating in a silo.
You will partner closely with Creative, Retention, E-commerce, and Analytics teams to develop thumb-stopping ad campaigns across TOF (top-of-funnel) and BOF (bottom-of-funnel) objectives, optimize audience strategies within Meta’s Andromeda ML framework, and build reporting systems that keep leadership informed and the team accountable. 1. Meta Campaign Management & Andromeda Optimization
- Develop, launch, and manage full funnel Meta ad campaigns across TOF prospecting, BOF retargeting, and retention objectives.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and articulating complex business problems, and will develop innovative, scalable, and robust AI/ML solutions to address these challenges. Responsibilities will include designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade AI systems, specifically focused on:
- Agentic AI solutions to automate operational processes (e.g., interpreting trouble tickets, performing basic troubleshooting, interacting with online portals, data entry).
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and ColBERTv2 pipelines for parsing, indexing, and querying enterprise documents to facilitate answers related to process guidelines, product knowledge, and training materials.
- Function calling solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate and perform precise actions in enterprise workflows.
- Developing and applying reinforcement learning strategies to optimize and automate decision-making processes within enterprise operations.
This role requires hands-on expertise with model fine-tuning, training pipelines, post-training optimization techniques (e.g., model distillation), classification models, and integrating AI systems within complex enterprise environments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI solutions leveraging fine-tuned Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI models, LLaMA, Mistral).
- Design, develop, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using advanced vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus).
- Build and enhance agentic AI systems utilizing frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar automation frameworks.
- Deploy scalable ColBERTv2 architectures for semantic retrieval and classification.
- Create robust pre-processing and post-processing pipelines to enhance model performance, accuracy, and interpretability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business stakeholders, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Implement best practices in model distillation, quantization, and optimization for deployment in production environments.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise-grade security, privacy standards, and data governance practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related fields; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of proven experience developing and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python, familiarity with libraries/frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
- Demonstrated expertise with LLM fine-tuning (e.g., LoRA, PEFT), distillation, and model optimization.
- Practical experience implementing RAG pipelines with embedding technologies and vector stores (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).
- Proven track record building agentic AI systems capable of interacting with multiple enterprise applications and platforms.
- Solid understanding of NLP techniques, Transformer architectures, semantic search, and document retrieval technologies (e.g., ColBERT).

What You'll Bring:
