As one of Clay's Enterprise Growth Strategists, you'll partner with some of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world (think Intercom, Verkada, Anthropic) to define, scale, and continuously expand their Clay strategy.

What you drive at DTNA
- Setting, repair and maintenance of blowers, fans, weldments, dock levelers and plates, balancers and dynamometers.
- Responsible for moving tables, benches, cabinets, requiring powered vehicles or hoists outside of departments. Internal movement is a departmental responsibility unless otherwise requested by the department.
- Fabrication and installation of tanks, stands, guard rails, roller conveyors, bollards, steel platforms and stairs, and drive couplings. (Tanks requiring certification are not included).
- Responsible for specialized rigging and hoist or crane operation when lifting, unloading, installing, moving or setting equipment and machinery.
- Responsible for welding, burning, heating, cutting and fabrication of all metal unless otherwise assigned to specific trade.
- Installation and replacement of belts on furnaces, washers, fans, conveyors and ovens.

We are seeking a Case Manager, Family Preservation Services to join our team.
Salary Range: $44,000 - $46,000
The FPS Case Manager works in the home of the family to teach them the specific skills they need to safely remain together, such as problem-solving skills, crisis management, parenting skills, communication, budgeting, home maintenance, life skills and more. The FPS Case Manager is also responsible for connecting families to community resources to help stabilize them and increase their support system. As a member of the Family Preservation team, you will work with other team members and report to our Manager Family Preservation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- With assistance from a Family Support Worker, carry a caseload of 12-15 families.
- Meet at least weekly with families in the home and with each child, alone, at least monthly to address safety, well-being and the family/child's input and progress on case plan activities.
- Be available to families to help them with any crisis or conflict that might arise.
- Develop Family Case Plan (and Child Case Plan, when necessary) and coach families toward completing case plan tasks.
