Our fast-growing company is looking for a Capital Markets Analyst in the Capital and Development Office that will be responsible for analyses and preparation of debt, equity and cash flow models to support the Company's current and potential investments. Additionally, the Capital Markets Analyst will provide materials and support for investor presentations and meetings.
Summary:
The Capital Markets Analyst will support the company's financing and investment activities by assisting in the analysis, preparation, and execution of debt and equity transactions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and motivated early-career professional with a strong interest in real estate finance and capital markets. Reporting to the Vice President of Capital Markets, the Analyst will gain hands-on experience in investor communication, capital sourcing, and financial analysis while working alongside senior team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Capital Markets Support
- Assist in the preparation of offering materials, pitch books, and presentations for lenders and investors.
- Help coordinate meetings, data requests, and follow-up items with existing and prospective capital partners.
- Maintain records of outreach activity and help track relationship development with debt and equity providers.
Investor Relations
- Contribute to investor reporting by helping compile updates, quarterly reports, and performance summaries.
- Assist in responding to investor requests by gathering financial and operational data.
- Support the organization of investor meetings and presentations.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Maintain and update debt and equity schedules, with attention to key terms, maturities, and reporting deadlines.
- Support the underwriting of new transactions and refinancing opportunities through financial modeling and market research.
- Help ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance-related deliverables to capital partners.
Market Research and Trends
- Assist in tracking market trends related to interest rates, lender appetite, and capital availability.
- Research comparable transactions and contribute insights to support deal structuring discussions.
Qualification Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a desire to grow in capital markets and real estate finance.
- Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of financial concepts and modeling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling and presentation preparation a plus.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Internship - 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, finance, banking, or related areas.
- Willing to train the right person-Recent College Grad
- Exposure to real estate financial modeling or investment underwriting is preferred.
- Experience with CRM tools and data management systems is a plus.

The Opportunity
The Associate Life Solutions Specialist helps to ensure the financial security of our membership by assessing member life insurance needs, providing advice and / or referrals for advice, and making the appropriate recommendations based on members’ individual needs and goals. What you'll do:
Receives request for advice from current and prospective members through various channels, including inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, faxes and video telephony. Special Acquisitions Team employees will primarily place outbound calls triggered from underwriting work items. Life Regulatory team employees respond to specific regulatory/business needs as directed by policies and procedures.

We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to work in our Chesapeake, VA office, located at 1341 Crossway Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23320 as an Associate Auto Adjuster . Your work will focus on adjusting non-injury auto claims and you'll work under supervision to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and adjust low complexity auto insurance claims presented by or against our members. Job Summary
Based on Department established priorities, provides support services in the areas of prisoner transport, prisoner care and custody, alternative sentencing methods, the taking of crime reports, calls for assistance of a non-criminal nature, records data entry and other activities within the Department.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Receives into custody persons arrested by officers, completes arrest reports, fingerprints and photographs the subject, and maintains custody in the Kirkland Police Department jail. Facilitates alternative sentencing programs.
- Transports arrested subjects to and from court or to other detention facilities.
- Coordination of court appearances and schedules.
Essential Duties:
- Booking of prisoners, includes input data, fingerprinting, photographing, searching, inventory and storing of personal effects.
- Interviews all in-custody subjects and screens for medical, psychological, and behavioral issues resulting in incarceration in another facility.
- Attends to personal bedding, hygiene needs, and medical needs of inmates as necessary.
- Arranges court appearances and schedules.
- Provides transports (e.g. court, detention center, dentist visits, doctor appointments, and emergency room).
- Orders and prepares meals for prisoners and other items needed by prisoners.
- Work Release. This includes subject interview, evaluation, receipt processing (if applicable), monitoring of payments, booking procedure, work schedule set-up, equipment application, and compliance monitoring.
- Responsible for Electronic Home Detention (EHD). This includes subject interview, evaluation, receipt processing (if applicable), monitoring of payments, booking procedure, work schedule set-up, equipment application, and compliance monitoring.
- Day Detention. This includes initial processing and monitoring of compliance throughout the days of court-ordered detention.
- Serves warrants to individuals already arrested and jailed by other jurisdictions and provide transport to Kirkland.
- Takes information regarding citizen complaints and completes appropriate incident and follow-up reports. Process and complete police reports, as required, in person or telephonically.
- Maintains all booking photos.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Keeps the booking and cell area clean and supplied with necessary forms, inmate supplies, and equipment within the jail area.
- Conducts regular maintenance inspections of Corrections vehicles and ensures that necessary equipment is in each vehicle. Completes a written record of all inspections.
- Provides traffic control, upon request, to assist the Patrol and Traffic Divisions when authorized by the Lieutenant, in support of special events.
- Provides backup support to ASA in entering, quashing, recalling, cancelling and second party verification of warrants.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum age is 21 years.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Related criminal justice experience and/or education preferred.
- Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License with an adequate driving record.
- Must not possess physical or visual impairments which would prevent the employee from maintaining physical custody of others, which may include application of physical restraint techniques. Must possess sufficient health and physical capacity to participate in defensive tactics training and other required physical activity.
- Must be able to obtain a police security clearance including polygraph, psychological, and background prior to hire. Must be able to successfully complete the State Certified Corrections Academy and the department Field Training Program.

Working Conditions
Work is performed in jail, court, community, and police department settings as well as driving motor vehicles. The employee is not armed unless working outside of the facility (conducting transports or Kirkland Municipal Court duties) and holds a limited commission to serve warrants. A Corrections Officer is required to wear a uniform in the performance of all duties.

Healthcare IT Analyst Job Responsibilities:
· The Healthcare IT Analyst will have primary responsibility for the design, build/configuration, testing, validation, documentation, and ongoing support for the Healthcare applications.
· This position will implement, administer, and support assigned systems under the guidance of senior members of the team.
· The position will have a good understanding of healthcare organizations, ancillary systems, and health system operations.
· Analyze and document user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems. Review system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
· Document workflows, configure and/or build activities, change management adherence, end-user notifications, training information, and status reporting in the appropriate system.
· Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
· Expand or modify the system to serve new purposes or improve workflows.
· Review and analyze the system and performance indicators to locate problems and correct errors. Escalate problems and issues to the appropriate staff to ensure timely resolution.
· Coordinate projects, schedule, and facilitate meetings as necessary to complete assignments.

Job Title : QC Laboratory Analyst

Position Summary
The QC Analyst I, reporting to the Manager of Quality Control, will be responsible for serving as a performing routine GMP testing on analytical methods in the Quality Control laboratories.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine analytical testing including but not limited to cell-based potency assays, ddPCR, qPCR, ELISAs, limit tests using HPLC techniques.
- Prepare solutions and maintain cell lines for various clinical programs
- Prepares laboratory solutions, maintains cell lines, and other day to day laboratory activities.
- Maintains laboratory documentation including logbooks, test forms, LIMS data, and electronic data.
- Assist with revisions of work instructions, SOPs, forms, reports, and electronic laboratory notebook analytical records.
- Assist with management analytical test method supplies and samples as needed.
- Ensure lab areas are clean, organized, maintain equipment and consumables.
- Work closely with Analytical Development, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Production staff and any other relevant departments.
- Strictly adheres to all applicable written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and technical guidance documents, both internal and external.
- Participates in continuous improvement projects in the AD and QC labs.
- Support revisions to work instructions, SOPs, forms, protocols, and reports
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in biology or related field.
Minimum Position Specifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Training will be provided.

- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform USCAR21 crimp validation tests (sample preparation, terminal crimp cross section analysis, terminal crimp, pull out force test, crimp resistance measurements, high current temperature rise tests).
- Equipment Operation such as temperature humidity chamber, thermal shock chamber, diamond wheel cutter, polishing/grinding machine, Push-Pull Tester, Power Supplies, Data Acquisition, etc.
- Participate in department assignments and activities such as equipment calibration, work instruction and continuous improvement activities (kaizen).
- Good documentation control of test data.
- Work individually to meet the target for given tasks while working as a team to share the equipment.
- Works in a safer manner, maintains a safe work environment, and practices good house-keeping at all times.
