- Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs), robotics, CNC machines, and vision inspection systems to optimize automation
- Conduct root cause analysis on production issues to identify defects or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with process engineering teams to refine manufacturing workflows aligned with ISO 9001 standards and lean manufacturing principles
- Create detailed schematics, technical drawings, and process documentation for manufacturing equipment and industrial systems
- Support factory experience initiatives by applying mechanical knowledge to improve fabrication, tooling, welding, and assembly processes
Skills
- Strong project scheduling skills to manage multiple process improvement initiatives simultaneously

We are seeking a QA / Quality Engineering Delivery Lead to own end-to-end quality delivery while driving QE transformation and modernization initiatives, including AI-augmented testing and intelligent automation frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

- Exposure to Tricentis Tosca (preferred but not mandatory)
- Solid experience in:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Airplane Systems Design Engineering Senior Manager (Level L) to join the 787 Systems Organization in North Charleston, SC.
The 787 Systems organization is responsible for a multitude of mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems that range from simple to highly complex and highly integrated.
As the Design Engineering Senior Manager, you will develop and support these systems and their components in a sustaining production environment. Project examples include addressing design obsolescence, developing product improvements, optimizing design for production, and optimizing designs for reliability. To accomplish this, the Design Engineering manager works both internally and externally with a global network of partners and suppliers.
