Overview:
Our client, a well-established engineering firm, is seeking an Experienced Civil Engineer with strong passion for land development and a desire to broaden their skills through dynamic, multifaceted projects. This role involves site and public works design for commercial and industrial building projects, including grading, utilities, erosion control plans, and stormwater management. Responsibilities include managing projects from start to finish, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating closely with clients, city officials, and Principal Engineers. This full-time position is located in Portland, OR.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the efforts of others while mentoring less experienced engineers.
- Design site and public works for commercial and industrial projects, including grading, utilities, erosion control, and stormwater management.
- Manage projects from start to finish.
- Work directly with a Principal Engineer throughout design and construction.
- Communicate with clients, city/public officials, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with P.E. registration
- 4 to 8 years of experience
- Experience in public works and land development for commercial and industrial projects
- Experience with local jurisdictions and requirements
- Familiarity with Civil 3D software
- Knowledge of HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, FlowMaster, Autodesk Vehicle Turning, and Bluebeam

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Automation Engineer to join our advanced software and embedded systems team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python automation (Pytest), Robot Framework, and QNX environments, with strong skills in UX/UI automation and testing. Key Responsibilities
Automation Framework Development
- Architect, develop, and maintain automation frameworks primarily using Python and Pytest.
- Lead migration of existing Robot Framework tests to Python/Pytest equivalents.
- Build reusable fixtures, utilities, wrapper layers, and automation components to support large test suites.
Test Execution & Optimization
- Analyze and interpret Robot Framework keyword libraries; enable efficient reuse within Python-based executions.
- Optimize hybrid execution flows involving both Pytest and Robot Framework assets.
- Execute and maintain UI and device automation tests using tools such as Appium, Selenium, or equivalent frameworks.
Cross-Layer Debugging & Integration

There are several market segments MSC serves: multifamily, commercial, custom steel fabrication/install, and what we call special projects (which have a lot of variation, from seismic retrofits and structural remodels, to radiused mass timber tenant improvements).
We don't do piece-workers. Everyone on the team is on the team. Our current average employee tenure of all employees (including our field team) is a little over 3.5 years, which is excellent considering the rapid growth the company has been experiencing!
A majority of our projects are within a 60 minute drive of our office, but we serve Oregon, Washington and Idaho. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Vancouver, Washington Area for a Project Manager and/or Estimator.
Qualifications
- Good with numbers
- Wood framing and/or steel fabrication/install experience a plus
- Competent in coordinating materials, personnel, and equipment effectively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with construction industry safety standards and regulations is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
