Role Overview
The Guidewire Senior Business Analyst / Functional Lead is responsible for leading requirements, functional design, and end‑to‑end solutioning across Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). This role works closely with business stakeholders, architects, technical teams, and QA to ensure successful delivery of Guidewire implementations and enhancements.
The Senior BA/Functional Lead provides domain expertise, drives requirement clarity, ensures alignment across teams, and often leads small functional pods within Guidewire programs.
Key Responsibilities
Business Requirements & Functional Analysis
Lead requirement‑gathering sessions with business users, SMEs, product owners, and underwriting/claims/billing teams.
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
Analyze current‑state and future‑state processes; identify gaps and recommend optimal solutions.
Create functional specifications, process maps, BRDs/FRDs, and configuration requirements for Guidewire modules.
Guidewire Functional Leadership
Serve as the functional expert for PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter based on project needs.
Guide configuration teams on field changes, business rules, rating logic, questionnaires, underwriting rules, billing plans, claims transactions, and workflows.
Validate that designs align with Guidewire out‑of‑the‑box capabilities and recommend appropriate extensions when needed.
Support design discussions with technical architects, integration teams, and data teams.
Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3-5 years in Guidewire implementations.
Strong functional expertise in one or more Guidewire products:
PolicyCenter (UW, Rating, Product Model, Policy Transactions)
BillingCenter (Billing Plans, Payments, Invoicing, Delinquency)
ClaimCenter (FNOL, coverage validation, reserves, payments, recovery)
Strong understanding of P&C insurance domain (underwriting, policy, billing, claims).
Experience writing user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
Ability to lead functional teams and collaborate closely with architects, developers, and QA.
Strong proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and Agile management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Guidewire Business Analyst or Specialist certifications.
Experience with Guidewire Cloud or cloud transformation programs.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 140,000 to 150,000

The Senior EHS Specialist is a key technical expert responsible for driving environmental, health, and safety excellence across a non-union, Class I Division 2 manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

The Role We Want You For
The Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of ground-up student housing development projects, from site identification and underwriting through entitlements, design, financing, construction, and delivery. This role works cross-functionally with acquisitions, design, construction, finance, and asset management teams to execute projects that align with the company’s investment strategy, brand standards, and financial objectives.
The Specifics of the Role
- Manage multiple student housing development projects simultaneously from concept through stabilization
- Coordinate due diligence activities including market studies, zoning analysis, environmental reports, and site feasibility
- Lead entitlement and approval processes with municipalities, universities, and community stakeholders
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and critical milestones to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Prepare and refine detailed development budgets, pro formas, and sensitivity analyses
- Partner with finance and capital markets teams to support debt and equity sourcing
- Monitor development costs and cash flows throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage and collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and consultants to ensure brand consistency and market-appropriate design
- Coordinate closely with construction management teams to align design intent, budget, and constructability
- Review and approve plans, specifications, change orders, and major cost items
- Oversee interior design and FFE implementation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for joint venture partners, consultants, lenders, and public officials
- Support university outreach and public-private partnership initiatives when applicable
- Present development updates and investment materials to internal leadership and external partners
- Analyze student housing market trends, competitive properties, and enrollment data
- Assist in defining unit mix, amenity packages, and pricing strategy to maximize project performance
- Collaborate with leasing and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from development to operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- 4–8+ years of experience in real estate development, preferably with student housing or multifamily projects
- Proven experience managing ground-up development projects exceeding $50MM+ in total cost
- Strong understanding of zoning, entitlements, construction processes, and design, development and finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and real estate financial modeling
- Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills

Compensation
- The salary range for this position considers a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: Education, qualifications, skills, training, experience, certifications, internal equity, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The Clayco Nationwide salary range for this position is approximately $110,000 - $140,000 +/- annually (not adjusted for location).

Assaigned Responsibilities

- Ability to participate in preconstruction services, including estimating and value engineering

- Collaborate with other Project Manager(s) to find alternative solutions
- Collaborate and monitor Superintendent(s) performance on contracts and/or work orders
- Review and approve Assistant Project Manager proposals
- Negotiate financial disputes and change orders with owners
- Point of contact for project management staff, architects, subcontractors, owners, engineers and more
- Understand details of project scope of work
- Create and maintain project cost reports
- Document and negotiate changes that may affect project completion or contract costs with subcontractors and owners
- Develop field quality assurance and quality control plan with Superintendent
- Collaboration of project safety plan with Superintendent(s)
- Responsible for managing MBE/WBE subcontracting requirements
- Responsible for EEO/Affirmative action contract requirements

- BS in Construction Management or Engineering and / or 6-10 years of construction experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management.

Position Overview
A well-established construction and building materials company is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to support the maintenance and repair of a diverse fleet of trucks and heavy equipment. This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined individual who enjoys hands-on work and is eager to continue developing their skills while working alongside experienced technicians.
The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on diesel-powered vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues involving diesel engines, hydraulics, air brakes, electrical systems, drivetrains, steering, and suspension components.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and service work on trucks and heavy equipment.
- Review repair orders and complete maintenance tasks according to shop priorities and safety standards.
- Identify additional mechanical or safety issues during inspections and recommend necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of service work, repairs, and inspections.
- Work collaboratively with dispatch, supervisors, and other mechanics to schedule repairs and minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including the shop, equipment, and vehicles.
- Perform repairs both in the shop and occasionally in the field depending on operational needs.

- Front-end loaders and forklifts
