Position Summary

We are looking for a Loan Processor who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial growth environment. This person will manage a pipeline of loan files, ensuring a smooth and timely loan transaction experience for our borrowers through the collection and analysis of documents and data. As a customer facing person, this individual is also responsible for providing our borrowers with exceptional customer service and transparency into the process. 

Responsibilities

·        Review loan file submissions, organize files, and input loan information into the company’s loan origination system

·        Order and verify third party services (e.g., credit, flood, appraisals, environmental reports, zoning reports)

·        Collect and verify documentation related to borrower, asset, entity, and construction

·        Ensure loan files are in compliance with program guidelines, investor requirements, and federal and state laws/regulations (e.g., disclosures, notifications)

·        Inform loan officer, agent, and borrower about discrepancies in title, appraisals, credit, employment, income, and other file related items

·        Obtain documentation to clear conditions prior to funding as required by underwriting

·        Submit completed file to underwriting department for approval

·        Proactively monitor pipeline to set realistic closing dates, ensure timely funding of loans, and meet expected service levels

·        Communicate with external parties to the loan including but not limited to borrower, realtor, title, closing agent, and appraisal management company

·        Evaluate processes and procedures for efficiency opportunities and implement process improvements

·        Maintain thorough knowledge of the loan origination system and proactively identify and implement work flow improvements within the system

·        Organize and maintain daily pipeline huddles with sales, construction, and other stakeholders, as needed

·        Prepare reports giving executives visibility into the loan pipeline, daily production activity, cycle times, and loan quality

·        Manage and train junior processors and other employees, as required

·        Maintain and update the Processing Policy and Procedure Manual

·        Ad hoc projects, as assigned

Qualifications

·        Deep knowledge of mortgage processing concepts, practices and procedures

·        Knowledge of federal and state regulatory guidelines

·        Pipeline management experience required

·        Knowledge of Encompass preferred

·        Strong working knowledge of MS office and Sharepoint

·        Knowledge of underwriting and/or loan structuring a plus

Talent Acquisition Support:

Education Requirements:

The Operations Technician I is an entry-level professional responsible for executing technical tasks and supporting critical operational activities. This role is essential to the timely packaging, labeling, warehousing, and distribution of bulk and finished clinical materials.

The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with Quality-related aspects of Global Clinical Supply Operations, including inventory management, SOP authoring, and supporting internal inspections.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Supply & Logistics

• Perform primary and secondary packaging of drug products, biologics, and vaccines.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Overview

The Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with released-for-construction documents, and coordinating all work impacting existing AirTrain operations. This role demands a hands-on leader who can balance technical expertise, particularly in electrical systems, with stakeholder coordination to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The Construction Manager will be full-time, on-site at the project site from NTP (Construction) until First Passenger Service, and part-time thereafter until Final Acceptance and closeout.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field (Electrical Engineering strongly preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum 15 years of construction management experience.
• At least one major transit, rail, or airport design-build project with a capital value ≥ $100M.
• Strong electrical experience: medium voltage power distribution systems, gas insulated switchgear (GIS), and PSE&G interface.
• Licenses/Certifications: Professional engineering or architectural license, or relevant construction certification, preferred.
• Other: Familiarity with PANYNJ projects and ability to pass background/badging requirements at EWR Airport.
• Light rail and/or people mover systems including electrical experience / power distribution systems. Some experience working for the actual contractor (not just owner side consulting) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer technical questions and address concerns from customers, stakeholders, and C-level executives
• Participate in service transition meetings and conduct proper handoff from Sales to Client Delivery teams
• Contribute to the creation of technical content, such as white papers, case studies or project briefs
• Provide thought leadership on technology trends that are relevant to Randstad Digital's clients
• Assist in maturing and developing Randstad Digital service offerings
• Supporting company culture and ensuring timely communication up and down the organization

What you need to bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Consulting or Professional Services Organization
• Previous experience developing complex solutions and managed services for clients
• Proven track record of cost estimation and extensive knowledge of pricing methodologies
• 5+ years of experience in a technical role, pre-sales or solution architecture capacity
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred
• Proven history of business development success
• Experience presenting to senior management, including C suite Executives

Skills and technical requirements:

• Deep understanding of modern application design, including microservices, serverless architectures, and twelve-factor app methodology across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable solutions using major cloud-native services (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Cloud Run) and modern web frameworks
• Expertise in automating the software lifecycle using CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and data orchestration tools to ensure seamless code and data deployments
• Strong background in solution design and proposal development for Custom Application Development and Legacy Modernization engagements
• Strong background in designing proposals for Application Managed Services
• Expertise in developing proposals for data engineering services, including master data management (MDM), data quality frameworks, and analytics readiness
• Knowledge in CI/CD pipelines, containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in architecting solutions across a variety of technical stacks (e.g., Java/Spring, Node.js, Python, .NET Core) and frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue)

*The role focuses on digital product engineering and data, supporting all North American industry groups and requires collaboration with sales and client teams to define solutions, pricing, and proposals. Ideal candidates will have experience with global system integrators.

Salary Range: $118,500.00 - $189,600.00
