Responsibilities and Duties:

Position Summary

The Manufacturing / Process Engineer is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through process development, station design, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to ensure manufacturing processes meet quality, safety, and efficiency objectives within a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment.


The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical problem-solving capabilities, experience working in fast-paced manufacturing environments, and the ability to support production and engineering activities throughout program launch and ongoing operations.

The Manufacturing/Process Engineer is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Support manufacturing operations by developing, implementing, and improving production processes.

Competitive Compensation: Strong base salary (DOE) Comprehensive Benefits Package Work on Specialized TPE331 Platforms Diverse Client Base: Corporate, Regional, Government & Private Aircraft Safety-Driven & Quality-Focused Culture Long-Term Career Stability & Growth Job Details Duties: Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, and alterations on aircraft, engines, and components Conduct TPE331 engine inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul Diagnose mechanical and avionics malfunctions and adjust systems as needed Perform avionics repair and installation as required Interpret and follow manufacturer maintenance manuals, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives Ensure compliance with FAA and DOT regulations Maintain accurate, timely, and complete aircraft maintenance log documentation Operate precision measuring tools and diagnostic equipment Perform aircraft ground handling including towing and refueling Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Properly manage and safeguard company tools and equipment Qualifications: Active FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required Minimum 2+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, with focus on turbine engines preferred Experience or strong background in TPE331 engines and corporate/regional aircraft Strong background in aircraft engine overhaul, avionics systems, and regulatory compliance Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and diagnose aircraft mechanical and electrical systems Proficiency using precision measuring tools, diagnostic equipment, and interpreting technical manuals Ability to work in confined spaces, stand for extended periods, and lift heavy equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and documentation accuracy Interested in hearing more?
