Job Title : MRB Design Engineer

Location : Wichita, KS/Allen, TX/Seattle, WA/Everett, WA/Charleston, SC/St. Louis, MI

Job Description:

• MRE certification which is approved by Boeing to approve the Tags (Concessions) raised by shop floor team – is Must
• Sign off Authority or Approval Authority for non-conformances
• MRE / Non-Conformance Disposition
• Review, analyze, and provide technical dispositions (use-as-is, rework, repair, scrap) for non-conforming products within the boundaries of Federal Aviation Regulations and OEM delegated requirements.
• Expertise in production and design processes including aircraft repair methods.

Root Cause Analysis:

• Support, investigate, and implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of issues.

Liaison Duties:

• Bridge the gap between engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and suppliers to resolve production problems quickly.
• Manage cross-functional teams to accomplish engineering initiatives.

Documentation:

• Process engineering changes (ECR/ECO) and maintain compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FAA, AS9100).
• Maintain detailed records of engineering analyses, concessions, and reports for audits and certification.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Soft Skills: Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving abilities, particularly under high-pressure production schedules.
• Aircraft experience in MRB , structural design is typically required.

Job Description:

Under moderate supervision, performs one or more of the following duties and responsibilities:

• Electrical design of power systems for data centers and large facilities.

• Have a strong work ethic and possess a level of personal and professional integrity

• Interface with suppliers on product design and cost issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical engineering projects

Job Experience:

• 10 years of experience developing electrical products for mission-critical facilities is preferred.

• Solid understanding of AC and DC power distribution circuits, including low voltage 3phase AC circuits, low voltage electrical distribution systems, and associated power management.

• Extensive expertise in understanding equipment power needs, encompassing large-scale standby and emergency power systems, such as UPS, PDU, Generator, and STS systems.

• Knowledge of power systems engineering and system control/metering. Familiar with Simulation. Cad tools

• Firm understanding of Mechanical equipment and system design

• Demonstrated knowledge of various engineering concepts and practices, including electrical design and engineering principles. Ability to understand and resolve moderately complex technical issues is required.

• Firm knowledge of building ground architecture and grounding techniques.

• Good knowledge of Telcordia, UL, National Electric Code, IEEE, and NEBS standards/requirements.

• Experience in Protective Device Coordination study and Arc Flash study is preferred.

Technical/ Professional skills:

• Engineering and Technology: knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production.

• Professional Engineering License and knowledge of building codes is a plus

• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of engineering principles, project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD), and technical problem-solving.

• Pursuing opportunities at institutions such as Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) or Navy War College (NWC)
• Completing Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) at one of the various service colleges

Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Data Center Power/Thermal

Location: Plano, Department: Data Center SBP

We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager – Data Center Power/Thermal to lead power and cooling infrastructure projects, providing technical oversight, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring project success from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership & Execution: Plan, manage, and oversee power/thermal infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Technical Oversight: Apply expertise in power supply, power distribution, and thermal management to guide technical decisions, validate designs, and optimize system performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary technical contact person for strategic customers and internal teams. Coordinate with sales, engineering, and service teams to drive project success.
• Site Management & Quality: Conduct site evaluations, oversee installation quality, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Position requires up to 30% travel.
• Financial Management: Develop and control project budgets, track expenses, maintain target margins, and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Vendor Coordination: Build and manage supplier relationships, evaluate proposals, and optimize procurement strategies to enhance project efficiency and value.
• Project Controls: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, oversee technical submittals, and provide regular updates on project performance and financial metrics.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Experience: 5 years or more managing power infrastructure or mission-critical facility projects
• Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with:
• Power supply and power distribution
• Cooling systems and thermal management
• Energy efficiency optimization
• Data center operations
• Tools: MS Office Suite and proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Jira, or similar)
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and engage diverse stakeholders
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in supporting colocation, hyperscale, enterprise data center business
• Professional Certifications: PMC, PE, DCEP, or ATD
• Knowledge: Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Counsel will serve as the company’s senior legal leader and trusted advisor to executive management, the financial sponsor, and the Board of Directors. This role will build and oversee the company’s legal function in support of its acquisitive growth strategy and multi-site operations.

• Lead all legal aspects of the company’s M&A activity, including transaction structuring, diligence oversight, contract negotiation, execution, coordination with internal stakeholders, and management of external counsel
• Partner with the corporate development team to support M&A strategy and greenfield location development
• Oversee post-closing legal integration, including entity structuring, required filings and registrations, etc.
• Provide strategic oversight of corporate governance, entity management, board documentation, and organizational structuring
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements and advise leadership on contractual risk and business terms
• Oversee compliance across applicable federal, state, and local regulatory frameworks

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in the United States, in good standing
• 5–10 years of experience in corporate and transactional law
• Prior M&A execution and general corporate experience at a leading corporate law firm and/or within an acquisitive private equity-backed organization
• Strong business acumen with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, in-person executive environment
• Experience supporting executive leadership and Boards of Directors on corporate organizational matters
• Practical, solutions-oriented mindset with strong judgment and executive-level communication skills
• Ability to manage external counsel efficiently and control legal spend
