The major objective for this position is to provide essential elements of support for the Inside Sales Staff and Branch Management Team, while learning the key areas of our business in hopes of positioning yourself for future growth within the organization. This is the first step to an amazing career in sales with our organization. The Customer Service position is responsible for order entry and maintenance, reporting, backlog review, spreadsheet administration, and providing overall support of important branch administrative needs. The position also provides back up support for the sales team on customer needs and helps to grow sales with certain accounts.

- Before you start the journey, it's important that you have the roadmap. Within the first 30 days, take the initiative to meet with your Branch Management team to understand the Company vision and key Company objectives for the branch. Collaborate & document the role you will play in the success toward meeting or exceeding these objectives.
- Within the first 30 days, you will need to demonstrate your ability to prepare and maintain various spreadsheets needed within the branch, providing evidence of a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Within the first 90 days, you will need to learn the Heilind CRM system and resources -- working knowledge of order entry and workflows and utilizing the resources available to manage the business and issues that arise. All assigned system training modules should be complete at this time.
- Within the first 90 days, you will need to decipher our customers' backlog in conjunction with applicable product availability, communicating with both Sales and Customers to ensure 95%+ on time delivery for the branch.
- Within the first 6 months, you will need to provide one process improvement idea related to your position.
- Develop solid working relationships with all internal key support personnel. Maintain top levels of professionalism and diplomacy when dealing with our internal support teams.

Position Summary
The Project Estimator – Fencing is responsible for conducting on-site evaluations and preparing accurate, professional project estimates for residential and light commercial fencing projects.
This role serves as the primary in-person representative of the company during the estimate process. The estimator must provide a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-friendly experience that builds trust and confidence in the company’s services.
While this position does not involve cold calling, prospecting, or high-pressure sales, the estimator plays a critical role in influencing customer decisions through accuracy, professionalism, and clear communication. Final approval and acceptance of estimates are completed through the company’s project management system.
All estimate appointments are generated and scheduled by the company through business development efforts and inbound marketing sources (Google Ads, Thumbtack, direct calls, etc.).
This is an on-site role based out of the McKinney, TX office. Depending on the daily schedule, the estimator may begin the workday at the office or travel directly to a scheduled customer appointment. Consistent communication, responsiveness, and accountability throughout the workday are required.

WCCTV is looking for a qualified Sales / Business Development Supervisor responsible leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) by driving team performance, providing coaching and development of staff and ensuring consistent generation of qualified customer sales opportunities and project-based meetings for the Field Sales organization. This is a "player coach" role having the following key responsibilities for the position include:
Business Development and Appointment Generation
- Researches and identifies potential customers using a number of sources including internet, trade journals, in-house database, business referrals and external lead generation databases. Develops business relationships with current customers and regularly calls customers to discuss current and future sales opportunities.
- Develops and maintains a full pipeline of potential customers and projects. Plans and organizes daily work schedule to research and call on potential sales opportunities.
- Generates outbound calls in excess of 50 + per day with target customers (minimum performance requirements are subject to change at Management’s discretion). During calls identifies customers’ needs, determines decision maker and presents how WCCTV’s products and services can support the customers’ needs.
- Schedules qualified “Direct” customer meetings with the appropriate contacts in target businesses and organizations for the Field Sales team.
- Meets minimum weekly and/or monthly KPIs established for the position as it relates to call activity and booking customer meetings for Field Sales staff. Minimum performance requirements are subject to change at Management’s discretion.
