Position Overview:

PTS Advance is seeking an experienced MEP Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical building systems design and proven expertise in Revit for modeling and documentation. You’ll play a key role in developing HVAC, plumbing, and piping designs for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical systems for building projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
• Create and coordinate 3D models and detailed construction documents using Revit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, electrical engineers, and contractors.
• Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system layouts.

Qualifications:

General Summary of Position:

As a NOC Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining our clients' network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Your expertise in SD-WAN networking and firewall management will be essential in proactively identifying and resolving network issues and implementing appropriate solutions. The ability to work independently and effectively manage a ticket queue is crucial to ensure timely response and resolution of network-related incidents. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Remotely troubleshoot managed service-related issues on support calls with Granite customers and/or field technicians

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  
• 1-2 years in a technical support related role, or equivalent experience
  
• Understanding of networking standards, OSI model, subnetting and routing protocols
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues efficiently.

The Opportunity

The Department of Physics at the University of Central Florida (UCF) invites applications for two full-time, nine-month, benefits-eligible, non-tenure earning lecturer positions, anticipated to start in August 2026.

We anticipate that one will be a Lecturer, and one available at the Lecturer or Associate Lecturer level, based on experience. Each position is renewable annually, with the possibility of summer teaching assignments. We seek candidates to teach large-enrollment sections of introductory physics courses, introductory physical science and astronomy courses for a variety of majors, as well as upper-division undergraduate courses in physics and astronomy. The Utilities and Engineering Services at Facilities and Business Operations is seeking to hire an HVAC Specialist I to help maintain a safe, functional, clean, and efficient living and learning environment on campus. We are looking for a Founding Director of Finance and Investments who is prepared to make the business their number one priority and own the entire financial lifecycle of our portfolio.

Key Accountabilities:

• Waterfall & Distribution Management: Build and maintain manual "Shadow Waterfall" models to audit all GP/LP distributions, ensuring all investor classes are paid with 100% accuracy.
