What You Will Do
We are seeking mid to senior career Engineers to join the Signature Management & Technology Team. For corporate maintenance, this position is responsible for performing advanced preventative maintenance, installations, and repairs for corporate and regional facilities operations assigned.
This includes the maintenance of central plant distribution systems and mechanical equipment and facilitating the distribution of villa appliances and furnishings stored at the corporate facilities warehouse.
This role provides excellent service to both external and internal customers while adhering to all brand and OSHA compliance standards.
Expected Contributions Maintenance Performs advanced preventive maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, mechanical, low-voltage electrical systems, structured cabling (e.g., CAT6 punch-down to junction boxes), plumbing, refrigeration, commercial kitchen equipment, appliances, controls, and energy management systems.
Diagnoses system issues, calibrates controls and gauges, and completes repairs using appropriate tools, equipment, and technical documentation.
Installs, maintains, and reconfigures systems furniture, case goods, appliances, and equipment across multiple sites; performs general furniture maintenance, relocation, and setup as needed.

The UCF IT department within Facilities and Business Operations is seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Specialist III to play a vital role in delivering exceptional audiovisual (AV) experiences across campus! This position serves as a senior technical leader supporting high-profile university events, advanced multimedia systems, and cross-departmental technology initiatives. The Multimedia Specialist III will oversee event-day operations, provide expert troubleshooting and production support, and collaborate on innovative AV solutions that enhance the university community. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily multimedia event operations, including equipment checks, network connectivity verification, and managing audiovisual setups to ensure high quality event production.

WHO WE NEED
We are seeking a versatile and team-oriented Structural Project Engineer in our Structural Team, ideally located in the Syracuse or Albany, NY area, or at our Endwell, NY office. Candidates located outside the designated office locations may qualify for full remote work, subject to company policy. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. A PE is also required. Experience should include structural analysis, design, and detailing for concrete, steel, and aluminum structures. Experience with cable design is preferred.
The primary duties associated with this position include:
- The candidate should be proficient with the International Building Code (IBC); ASCE-7; ACI 318; ADM-2020; and AISC.
- Performing challenging 3-dimensional structural analyses and designs for a wide variety of clients using various state-of-the-art design software, including RISA 3D, SAP, RAM, and RISA Foundation.
- Responsible for serving as lead project engineer, i.e., taking responsibility for developing design, preparing detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT, and specifications. This includes coordinating the work of junior team members and amongst other trades.
- Solving engineering problems using experience, judgment, and education and knowing when to ask for assistance when required.
- Write and review related reports for the services provided.
