What You’ll Be Doing

Automation & Equipment Design

• Design and implement semi-automated and fully automated manufacturing equipment

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 7+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience (required)
• Strong PLC programming and automation experience
• Experience designing mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment
• SolidWorks proficiency (3D modeling & drafting)
• Experience with Lean manufacturing practices
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a busy operations and engineering team through the end of June. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing high‑volume communication, organizing project documentation, and supporting project workflow within a fast‑paced environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a warehouse/production setting and able to maintain high accuracy when handling multiple job codes and project packets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume shared inbox and respond to incoming requests in a timely, organized manner

• Monitor and respond to instant messages via Microsoft Teams

• Prepare, assemble, and distribute project packets, including composing and finalizing documentation

• Perform data entry and tracking of job codes, ensuring accuracy and consistency

• Use Excel for sorting, filtering, and basic project tracking (advanced skills a plus)

Salary Range: $125,000 - $165,000

PCB INSPECTOR

Location: Brea, CA

Work schedule: 1st shift and 2nd shift available

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of PCB inspection experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, specifications and PCB gerbers.
• Skilled in electrically measuring resistors and capacitors.
• Expertise in reading component values by inspecting parts.
• Knowledge of various computer programs (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe).

Summary:

The Final Inspector - Level III will perform visual, electrical and dimensional inspection of printed circuit board assemblies; will be responsible for performing receiving inspections of outsourced processes and final assembly inspections while recording results and preparing various quality documents. Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 6 hours per day under a microscope.

Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and/or engineering specifications to obtain information such as specified material, electrical, cosmetic requirements and workmanship instructions.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of printed circuit board assemblies to ensure workmanship which complies with the appropriate requirements from engineering drawings, process specifications, IPC-610 standards, J-STD-001 and customer specific criteria.
• Performs inspection on electrical or electronic components by using electrical meters or instruments to confirm adherence to electrical specifications.
• Performs inspection of conformal coating under both black and white light.
• Perform and record results of first article inspections of boards after Thru-Hole.
• Perform sub-assembly, box build, shipping, and receiving inspection as required.
• Assist in failure investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action activities and quality improvement projects.

The temporary Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for owning key strategic areas of our digital business, including but not limited to: planning and executing site content on Shopify, optimizing the online customer journey including reporting, and driving impactful digital promotions and campaigns. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, optimization, and performance of the Windsor eCommerce homepage in addition to key digital touchpoints across
• Oversee daily content updates and overall site experience in partnership with product, UX, customer service and engineering teams
• Drive KPIs around site engagement and conversion while delivering ongoing analytics reporting and actionable insights
• Collaborate with merchandising, design, SEO and marketing teams to leverage site content, identify opportunities and optimize on-site incentives
• Develop and deliver seamless omnichannel promotions in partnership with buying, marketing and customer service teams

Key Qualifications & Requirements:
