Position Summary
Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Director of Development provides strategic leadership and oversight for all aspects of real estate development, rehabilitation, acquisition, and financing initiatives. As a member of the executive team, the Director collaborates closely with senior leadership, presents key development matters to the Board, and engages with external stakeholders including public agencies, financial institutions, developers, and community organizations.
The Director manages the Development Services Department, guiding four core program areas:

The Operations Accounts Receivable Lead will own the end-to-end receivables lifecycle for all bulk and wholesale matcha transactions, from national accounts to smaller customers. This role is responsible not only for invoicing and collections, but for actively managing cash risk, enforcing contract terms, aligning customer deposits with production and allocation schedules, and ensuring the company is never over-exposed on inventory or shipments. Responsibilities

- Reduces cash-inventory liability by ensuring inventory is backed by customer funds whenever possible
- Track deposit balances, applications, refunds, and roll-forwards with absolute clarity and auditability.
Cross-Functional Coordination (Critical)
- Partner closely with:
- Operations & Production – to align customer payments with milling, packing, and release timelines
- Import/Export & Logistics – to ensure payments clear before shipment while avoiding port or vessel delays
- Sales – to structure payment terms that protect cash while remaining commercially viable
- Ensure the rule is enforced: no payment = no release, without causing shipment bottlenecks or customer escalations; for NET term customers ensuring that their account is in good standing before additional goods release and enforcing and correcting any negative credit performance of any NET term customers.
Collections Leadership & Execution
- Lead and manage the AR/accounting team responsible for:

The Operations Manager, North America will support the Director of Operations in overseeing end-to-end operational execution across 3PL management, logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, and inventory operations. This role is responsible for ensuring scalable, efficient, and accurate operational processes that support wholesale, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and omnichannel distribution across the North American region.
The Operations Manager will act as a key operational leader coordinating cross-functional execution between logistics partners, internal teams, and international stakeholders to maintain service levels, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Purpose
This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all billing components within the Company’s SAP Customer Information and Billing Systems across all jurisdictions. This role ensures that billing configurations and rate structures are aligned with approved tariffs and regulatory requirements for gas, water, and electric services throughout the U.S. and Canada.
The Manager serves as the enterprise lead for billing system governance, overseeing configuration changes, testing, and validation processes related to tariff updates, rate case implementations, and system enhancements that may impact billing components. Working closely with the Billing, Customer Care, IT, and business operations teams, this individual ensures that billing components function seamlessly and that all updates are implemented with precision and control to mitigate downstream impacts.
Accountabilities
- Ensure all billing components within SAP are properly configured and maintained according to each company’s approved tariffs and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the timely update of billing tables and configuration changes following any approved rate case or tariff revision.
- Partner closely with leaders for the implementation of billing changes resulting from rate proceedings.
- Verify that all rate elements (e.g., distribution, transmission, riders, taxes, and surcharges, multipliers etc.) are accurately reflected in the billing system.
- Ensure that all rate adjustments, new tariff structures, and regulatory directives are correctly translated into billing system logic.
- Review and assess all proposed billing system enhancement requests from business units to identify and mitigate risks to existing billing component data tables and configuration integrity.

- Develop and maintain processes for documentation, review, and approval of all billing-related system changes.
- Ensure strong controls are in place for versioning, change tracking, and audit compliance.

Be an operational and strategic backbone of the GTM & Planning team, ensuring projects and workflows move forward with consistency and excellence to guide Crunchyroll's global growth through its direct-to-consumer footprint presence and high-profile third-party partners such as Amazon, Apple, Roku, Comcast, Google and YouTube, PlayStation, Samsung, and many others.
Identify gaps, improve workflows, and suggest improvements without waiting for direction.
Oversee the development of executive-ready deliverables (dashboards, trackers, presentations, project plans), ensuring clarity, structure, and visual polish in every output.
Be the bridge between global HQ and international teams, ensuring on time information sharing, meeting facilitation, and on actions.
Summarize complex updates into clear insights and next steps, presenting leadership or regional leads with resulting questions or action items so that both teams can accelerate their path forward.
In partnership with team leadership, introduce global workflows in regions to integrate regional teams into the global organization further, facilitating process implementation and roadshows to present them.
Manage vendor operations, including POs, invoicing, briefings, contracts, timelines, and similar activities.

Position Overview
We are seeking an attorney to lead and oversee the firm's demand review, negotiation strategy, and client disengagement processes. This is a leadership role, not just an individual contributor position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting standards, driving performance, and ensuring consistency across departments, while also handling high-level negotiations.
You will work cross-functionally with attorneys, case managers, and leadership to ensure cases are resolved efficiently and strategically, while maintaining quality and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Oversight

Cross-Department Collaboration
