Job Summary:
LHH is partnering with an environmental services organization to hire a temp to permanent Administrative Assistant. This role is fully in office with hours from 8:30AM to 5:30PM with a 1-hour break, Monday through Friday. The qualified candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a field involving extensive writing and document review such as communications, marketing, journalism and have at least 1 year of corporate office experience.

- Team up with the geotechnical engineering team to prepare, review and edit technical reports for customers
- Work within MS Office as well as multiple proprietary systems to accomplish tasks

- Partner with all departments to ensure that projects are completed properly to the fullest extent possible

Required Experience:

Job Description:
- In this role, you will ensure product continuity of supply for all materials that fall under your assigned portfolio of products. This portfolio can include the following types of materials: finished goods, work in process (WIP), raw materials, and packaging components.
- You will collaborate and partner with the manufacturing sites to ensure supply plans can be successful fulfilled by monitoring capacity, component availability and actively mitigating and resolving any product supply and/or customer service challenges.
- Manage inventory levels and the deployment of finished goods according to customer demands and company objectives.
- The planner is responsible for advising management and appropriate internal teams of the current and future status of product supply for existing products as well as for future launches. How You'll Contribute:
TheProject Operations Field Implementation Manager, Canada is responsible for onsite guidance and oversight of multiple specific projects. Oversight of 10- 15+ Diversified Technicians subcontractors at any given time, is responsible for enforcing standards and processes that increase the quality, velocity, and efficiency for the team. What You'll Do:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as Site Superintendent on high profile projects, acting as a single point of contact for onsite teams (Field Engineers, Technicians, Subcontractors, etc.); passing and filtering information to the Project Manager.
- Assist in addressing performance of onsite resources and associates.
- Training - Termination, mechanical, client interface and other aspects of Diversified installation standards.
- First point of escalation for Field Issues with the client.
- Empowered to defuse and resolve onsite client issues.
- Verification and enforcement for onsite performance and productivity standards, providing feedback for reviews and training plans.
- Provide onsite support for integration issues.
- Assist in development and deployment for Installation processes and standards.

Your Profile:

- Responsible for the management of customer base inventories, internal bases, and packaging inventories
- Assist in the administration of materials and laboratory organization
- Maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Detail-oriented & strong organizational skills
Additional Responsibilities
* Administration of sample requests and ordering of fragrance oils
* Operate and help maintain standard lab equipment
* Perform physical-chemical measurements
Experience:
- Technical training or Higher Education Qualification in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a similar subject. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- At least 1 year of experience in a related area
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications & SAP preferred
- Ability to communicate in English required
Skills required:
- Knowledge of good laboratory practice and safe handling of chemicals
- Accurate record keeping and attention to detail
- Basic Chemistry knowledge preferred
- Understanding of ISO protocols
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and applications such as MS products (Excel, Word, etc), SAP, as well as the ability to learn new systems/applications
- Basic knowledge of lab equipment and its safe usage
- Good Communication skills (verbal & written)
