Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL, for a Construction Manager specializing in fuel experience and “C” store projects. The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects, including managing budgets, supervising teams, ensuring adherence to construction safety regulations, and monitoring project timelines. The selected candidate will also collaborate with stakeholders and ensure efficient project execution from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively and communicate clearly with all project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Budgeting to manage project costs, minimize expenses, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Thorough understanding of Construction Safety practices and the ability to enforce safety standards at all times.
• Demonstrated expertise in Construction and Project Control to handle planning, scheduling, and monitoring of projects efficiently.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Business Development - Identify,
  cultivate, and manage relationships with prospective clients. Develop and execute
  a strategy to meet or exceed annual new business funding targets. Leverage
  industry networks, referral sources, and marketing strategies to generate a
  consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.
• Sales and Client Relationship Management - Conduct
  in-depth needs assessments to understand client financial requirements and
  present tailored financing solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships
  with referral partners, including brokers, CPAs, attorneys, and industry associations. Represent the Structured
  Finance Division at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to
  promote services and build the division's brand.
• Structuring and Closing Deals - Work
  collaboratively with internal underwriting, operations, and credit teams to
  structure and close deals efficiently. Ensure all deals align with the
  division's credit policies and risk appetite. Negotiate terms and pricing with
  clients while maintaining a focus on achieving profitability and client
  satisfaction.
• Market and Industry Expertise: Stay
  informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the
  factoring and ABL landscape. Provide feedback to leadership regarding market
  conditions and opportunities for product or service enhancements.
• Pipeline and Portfolio Management - Build
  and maintain a robust pipeline with clearly defined stages and next
  steps. Generate a balanced portfolio of deals across various industries
  and credit profiles.
