Saint Luke's South in Overland Park is seeking a PACU RN to join their Perianesthesia team. In this position, you will provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients with various conditions and acuity levels undergoing various procedures including; but not limited to orthopedics, total joints, sports medicine, GYN, urology, plastics, general surgery, and some spine.

Position Overview
Reliant Net Lease is seeking a highly organized and proactive Transaction Assistant to support the Real Estate Transaction Team in coordinating acquisition and disposition activities across the company’s growing single tenant net lease portfolio. This role will play an important operational and administrative support function for the Real Estate Transaction Team and broader business teams, helping ensure due diligence, documentation, and closing processes run efficiently.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and an effective communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced real estate investment environment. This position will assist with administrative coordination, document management, and communication with internal teams and external partners involved in transactions.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Overland Park, Kansas.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction & Due Diligence Support
- Provide administrative support to the Real Estate Transaction Team throughout acquisition and disposition processes
- Assist with coordinating due diligence activities for single tenant net lease transactions
- Review, organize and maintain transaction files, documentation, and due diligence materials in company systems
- Assist in tracking contract and due diligence timelines, checklists, and deliverables pre- and post-closing
Document & Reporting Coordination
- Help organize and distribute third-party reports such as Phase I Environmental, surveys, zoning reports, property condition reports, and appraisals
- Maintain document libraries and ensure accurate filing of transaction-related materials
- Assist with preparation and organization of closing documentation and settlement statements
Communication & Scheduling
- Assist with communications between internal teams (Investment, Asset Management, Operations) and external partners including sellers, vendors, attorneys, advisors, and consultants
- Support meeting scheduling and preparation, agenda development, and follow-up tasks
Administrative Support
- Prepare presentations, reports, and internal transaction updates
- Manage incoming mail
- Track vendor invoices and assist with administrative processing of transaction-related expenses
- Provide general administrative support to the Real Estate Transaction Team and the business as needed
- Assist with other closing, operations and/or business projects and tasks as requested
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in commercial real estate, finance, or investment environments
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
