Housing & Homelessness Services works to build a robust, integrated, and coordinated system for housing and homelessness services and acts as the County's point of contact on homelessness strategic planning and program development. POSITION
Under direction, to plan, design and conduct operational, policy and programmatic studies; to recommend and assist with the implementation of program, policy and procedure modifications; to assist with the general administrative support of the organizational unit to which assigned; and to do related work as required.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES
Positions in this class normally independently perform sophisticated research and a variety of operational and policy analysis activities designed to maximize resource utilization and operational effectiveness in the organizational unit to which assigned. This class is distinguished from Senior Management Analyst which regularly provides work direction to a small professional staff. Duties and Responsibilities:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:

AND
EXPERIENCE:
Equivalent to three years of full-time professional level experience in independently providing complex administrative or management services, including planning, organizing and conducting high level administrative, organizational or related studies, preferably in a public agency setting.
