SkillSetGroup is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to work in the Santa Ana, CA area. This position will be operating, setting up and programming CNC machinery in an aerospace manufacturing environment. High-level CNC programming using Esprit and MasterCAM software is a must. Strong GD&T knowledge, complex multi-axis program writing and machine setup is also a MUST. This will be a full-time, 1st shift position and a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.

Hours:

1st shift – 7AM-5PM, OT available on Saturdays.

Details:

• This is a dynamic machine shop environment, high-mix, low-volume; AS9100D & ISO9001 certified. ITAR registered.
• Running MasterCAM & Esprit. Must have very strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, MIll & Lathe CNC programming, etc.
• The hired person must be very tech minded and comfortable doing programming & full setups for multi-axis lathes & Swiss machines.
• Machines: Nakamura Tome - dual spindle/live tooling, Ganesh Cyclone, Okuma, Akira Seiki, 7-axis swiss.
• Aerospace manufacturing is a plus, metals are a must.

About the Job:

The primary responsibility is to assist in creating art, graphics and trims for all men’s product categories.

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

• Design and illustrate original art across all categories

• Be graphically versatile and create work in different styles as needed.

• Design cohesive graphic stories for each delivery and category and creates multiple options.

• Have basic understanding of Tech packs, print techniques and applications for apparel production.

• Prepare artwork for production: scaling, color callouts and sending to vendors.

• Uses Photoshop and Illustrator to create and setup artwork.

• Be a point person for a category. Take ownership of all the art and work with Designer and

Director to design and pass off to PD.

• Responsible for strike off comments and review with Designers, Merchants and Production.

Job Description

• Handle litigated and non-litigated civil matters, with an emphasis on insurance defense and catastrophic or high-exposure claims
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal research, and case strategy memoranda
• Take and defend depositions, including expert and percipient witnesses
• Participate in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Evaluate liability, damages, and exposure and help develop practical defense strategies
• Work closely with partners and other attorneys on case posture, client reporting, and resolution strategy
• Manage files proactively from intake through resolution
• Collaborate with a team that values strong advocacy, professionalism, and sound judgment

Qualifications

• J.D. and active California Bar admission
• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred; insurance defense, casualty, coverage, or bad faith experience is a plus
• Strong legal research, writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills
• Experience with discovery, depositions, motions, and case management
• Organized, motivated, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Trial prep or courtroom exposure is a plus

Role Description

PLPC is looking for qualified Sales Representatives for the US market. The ideal candidate is someone who can attain deadlines and reach goals, loves a challenge, works very well under pressure, is detail-oriented, and has the right and strong business ethic.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate & manage growth of a given account. (established and new)
• Generate revenue by obtaining & managing all assigned sales orders.
• Establish and achieve (or exceed) all quarterly sales goals.
• Develop and cultivate strong relationships with customers as well as co-workers.
• Respond to all customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone promptly.
• Understanding and being able to interpret all technical specs of all products sold by the company.
• Providing technical information to clients to help close the sale and generate a PO.
• Be responsible for maintaining your customers’ inventory and ensuring they have healthy levels at all times.
• Use any company assets and all available training resources to stay up to date on product updates & features.
