The Role
- Defend insureds and self-insured entities in civil liability claims
- Handle full case lifecycle: pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, settlement negotiations
- Appear at court hearings, arbitrations, and trials
- Collaborate with partners on strategy and client communication
Compensation & Perks
- Up to $230k (DOE; strong for market level)

Must-Haves
- 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
- Active California Bar license
- JD from an accredited law school (top 100 preferred)
- Strong litigation fundamentals: research, drafting, discovery, case management
- Client-facing demeanor and collaborative mindset
