SkillSetGroup is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to work in the Santa Ana, CA area. This position will be operating, setting up and programming CNC machinery in an aerospace manufacturing environment. High-level CNC programming using Esprit and MasterCAM software is a must. Strong GD&T knowledge, complex multi-axis program writing and machine setup is also a MUST. This will be a full-time, 1st shift position and a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.

Hours:

1st shift – 7AM-5PM, OT available on Saturdays.

Details:

• This is a dynamic machine shop environment, high-mix, low-volume; AS9100D & ISO9001 certified. ITAR registered.
• Running MasterCAM & Esprit. Must have very strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, MIll & Lathe CNC programming, etc.
• The hired person must be very tech minded and comfortable doing programming & full setups for multi-axis lathes & Swiss machines.
• Machines: Nakamura Tome - dual spindle/live tooling, Ganesh Cyclone, Okuma, Akira Seiki, 7-axis swiss.
• Aerospace manufacturing is a plus, metals are a must.
• Their ERP system is fully digitally integrated, they use ProShop.

SkillSetGroup is seeking an experienced Sanitation Supervisor to work in the Chino, CA area. This position will oversee sanitation and custodial operations within a foods processing & distribution facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on leadership skills and experience in a USDA/FDA regulated processing operation. As a Sanitation Supervisor, you will coordinate cleaning activities, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to support our operational excellence. This will be a 2nd shift position and a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.

Job Title: Sanitation Supervisor

Pay: $34-37/hr

Hours

• 2nd shift – 4PM - 1230AM, plus OT

Details

• Experience in foods manufacturing, distribution.
• USDA/FDA experience is a must.
• Hands-on supervisor: will be breaking down machines and working as part of the team. 12 lines per room, 3 rooms. Lines will most likely double in the next few years are the facility is growing.
• 7-step sanitation processes.
• This is not an office job. This will be 100% hands-on.
• Using Oracle and Microsoft software
• Bilingual Spanish/English is not a must but will be a HUGE plus.
