HC Solutions Group is partnering with a nationally recognized MEP consulting engineering firm with offices in New York City and San Francisco to identify an Electrical Engineer, and a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their growing team (position can office from either location). This client is a design driven firm known for delivering high performance, sustainable, and architecturally significant projects across diverse building types.

About the Role

The MEP Electrical Engineer and Senior MEP Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design, documentation, and coordination of electrical building systems for commercial, institutional, and mixed use projects. These professionals will collaborate closely with architects, owners, and multidisciplinary MEP teams to deliver technically sound and constructible solutions.

The Senior MEP Electrical Engineer will take on expanded technical leadership, detailed system design responsibility, and mentorship of junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities for both roles include:

• Conceptualize electrical systems and communicate design strategies to clients and stakeholders

• Develop high quality construction documents and technical specifications

• Perform engineering calculations including load analysis, short circuit studies, voltage drop, feeder sizing, generator sizing, and lighting power density

• Design emergency power systems and prepare associated documentation

• Prepare building assessments and due diligence reports outlining existing conditions and system recommendations

• Participate in construction administration including field observations, contractor coordination, submittal review, RFIs, punch lists, and cost review

• Coordinate with internal MEP disciplines and external consultants

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Additional responsibilities for the Senior MEP Electrical Engineer:

• Prepare detailed power one line diagrams, grounding diagrams, fire alarm layouts, lighting control systems, and complex distribution systems

• Lead project teams and manage electrical scope across multiple phases

• Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers

• Serve as a technical resource for complex code interpretation and system design decisions

Qualifications

MEP Electrical Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in MEP building design

• Experience across multiple project phases from schematic design through construction administration

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office

• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA codes, and applicable building codes

• Experience with engineering calculations and energy compliance documentation

• LEED Accreditation preferred

Senior MEP Electrical Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering

• 6 to 10 years of experience in the MEP buildings industry

• Licensed Professional Engineer preferred or required depending on project responsibility

• Demonstrated experience leading electrical system design for complex projects

• Advanced knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and applicable state and local codes

• Strong construction administration experience including submittal review and field coordination

How You'll Contribute:

The Design Engineer (DE) is a contributing member of the core project team for Faith & Performance projects. The DE supports projects through the lifecycle from sales concept and design development to construction drawings and implementation support. About the Role

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000.00 - $200,000.00. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.

Robert Half is partnering with a leading global Am Law 100 firm on a large‐scale commercial contract overhaul initiative. We are seeking two senior-level attorneys—one with US complex commercial agreements experience and one with UK commercial contracts experience—to join the project on a full‐time contract basis. This engagement has strong potential for long‐term, ongoing work.

Both roles will support a global contract modernization effort involving the review, drafting, redlining, negotiation, and restructuring of commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions and business lines.

Contract Details

• Start: April 2026
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Location: Remote + ability to go onsite in New York City for the first 3-4 weeks.
• If outside commuting distance, flight, hotel, and travel expenses will be covered.
• Duration: Multi‐month engagement with potential for long‐term extension.
• Pay: $75-$125/hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities (for both roles)

• Lead drafting, redlining, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, including vendor, supplier, SaaS, licensing, data privacy, AI, and technology contracts.
• Review and overhaul existing agreement templates for consistency, accuracy, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate cross‐functionally with business, legal, and compliance teams across global offices.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of a global contract playbook, outlining standard terms, fallback positions, and negotiation guidance.
• Support GDPR, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI‐related contract considerations.
• Ensure international alignment and harmonization of templates, terms, and contract standards.
• Organize and rationalize existing contract libraries across jurisdictions.
• Provide strategic recommendations on contract structure and lifecycle improvements.
• Participate in internal meetings during EST business hours.

Required Experience & Qualifications

For the US Attorney role:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one US state bar; NY or ability to work as in‐house counsel preferred.
• 7+ years of experience with complex commercial agreements and technology transactions.
• Deep familiarity with SaaS, AI‐related terms, data privacy, and vendor agreements.
• Experience building or contributing to contract playbooks.

For the UK Solicitor role:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
• 7+ years drafting and negotiating UK and international commercial agreements.
• Experience with GDPR, cross‐border contracting, and technology/vendor agreements.
• Familiarity with aligning UK templates with global or US frameworks is highly valued.

This role is mostly work from home, with about 2-3 days a week on client sites. Clients are mostly within the Brooklyn / West Chester area.

Minimum Requirements:

• Over 4 years of experience in tier 2-3 technical support, preferably in a Managed Service Provider environment
• Strong background completing tickets for Microsoft 365 administration, including user management, Intune, conditional access, azure virtual desktop, software installation and licensing
• Excellent customer service skillset and willing to complete support tickets remotely/onsite
• Network administration and troubleshooting, including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless controllers. Preferred vendors are FortiGate, SonicWall, Cisco, Ubiquiti, and Sophos
• Available for on-site client visits approximately two-three times per week
• Local to the Brooklyn / West Chester area (focus territory)
• Holds a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation

Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a Level 3 Engineer for a Managed Service Provider specializing in IT projects, equipment, licenses, and products. This employee will provide remote and onsite customer support. This includes providing engineering support for IT upgrades and implementation projects. Additionally, you will participate in assigned on-call shifts for weekends and holidays (rotation), ensuring continuous support for our clients.

• Provide engineering support for IT upgrades and implementation projects
• Provide tier 2-3 technical support for a variety of client environments, resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues
• Administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless controllers, and devices from vendors such as FortiGate, SonicWall, Cisco, and Ubiquiti
