Brief Description

Oak Street Health's graduate Behavioral Health Specialist Fellowship is a 12-month paid training program that provides all the necessary skills, support, and learning required to become a highly confident and competent clinician for older adults.
 

Role Description:

Oak Street Health's graduate Behavioral Health Specialist Fellowship is a 12-month paid training program in the revolutionary collaborative care model in a value-based setting, which rewards healthcare companies for the quality of their care not the quantity.

This program will include time spent building your knowledge of evidence-based interventions and psychotropic medications, earning clinical supervision hours from a licensed clinical social worker, and engaging in didactic content that aims to build on, not repeat, graduate training. All fellows will work at Oak Street for 24 months following the completion of this program, but we hope will continue to spend their careers at Oak Street improving the health of communities across the country.

Admission Requirements  

  • Family, Adult or Adult-Gerontology Social Worker who have already graduated or will graduate from their training program. 

  • Willing to work in the assigned location for the program duration. 

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 in MSW program. 

  • Currently holds or will hold by the fellowship start date, an active, non-probationary state lower level social work license in the state they will be working in.

Selection Timeline  

  • First-round interviews will be conducted as applications are received.

  • Second and third-round interviews will be virtual or in person (based on applicant preference) as individuals are moved forward from the first-round.

  • Final decisions will be delivered as they are made.

About the role:


Based in Kansas City, MO this role is responsible for increasing Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base, increasing client engagement with existing software clients, and growing the SaaS client base through new sales. We are seeking a Transitional Youth Behavioral Health Specialist I or II to join our team.



Starting Salary: $ 17.00 - $ 20.00 Hourly



Shift: Saturday/Sunday 7pm to 7am (Overnight)



We are seeking a Transitional Youth Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. Your role will oversee clients in daily activities while teaching new skills, ensuring safety, and managing behaviors. As a member of the Pathways team, you will work with other team members and report to our Program Manager.



WHAT YOU WILL DO:




  • Responsible for direct supervision and safety of all clients
  • Responsible for proper behavior management of children through the use of behavior management techniques.
  • Build healthy relationships with clients and be a role model of healthy behaviors
  • Have a working knowledge of the child's treatment plan and objectives and structure activities to support that plan.
  • Responsible for creatively structuring activities for groups and conducting psycho-educational groups.
  • May be responsible for medication administration and other medical support.
  • Responsible for the review/writing of all required documentation.
  • Responsible for teaching, guiding, and assisting the client in daily life skills as appropriate for age.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING:



Our ideal candidate will have 2 years of relevant experience working with children and the following:




  • At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
  • A valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

Position Description:

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for leading a highperforming team of Field Sales Account Executives and achieving all financial objectives for the assigned territory.   • Own Your Top Customers - ASMs will focus on top customers & model best practices for their Account Executives by leading and owning bi-annual business reviews with your market's top 10 customers by revenue, conducting penetration activities targeted against top 20 customers by revenue in your local market, and through retention as you coach Account Executives and get involved on behalf of customers to ensure account retention and growth

  • Collaborate with Specialists - ASMs will ensure field adoption of selling McKesson's specialized offerings that require specialist help. Work collaboratively with McKesson Sales Specialists to develop & adjust strategic sales plans targeting best opportunities, co-author related team communications and inspection of results. Utilize data & analytics to inform sales opportunity selection. Ensure Specialists can both initiate & support sales opportunities from beginning to end.

  • Use technology & analytics to improve results - ASMs will drive field adoption of available sales technologies to set direction, ensure understanding of opportunities & productivity, minimize waste and improve results.

Minimum Requirements

  • 9 years professional field sales experience

  • 1-year (min)leading people directly or indirectly

  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. 7-year MVR check during pre-employment.

Critical Skills

  • Experience selling to C-suite

  • Financial acumen (compare quarterly trends, year to year growth, margin erosion, etc.)

  • Mature confidence and self-awareness (can influence others diplomatically)

  • Superior communication skills.

  • Ability to make difficult decisions and have difficult conversations

  • Demonstrated performance management skills

  • Demonstrated sales leadership skills

  • Proficiency with Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and CRM tools.

  • Experience in distribution sales

  • Demonstrated success in building and growing a new region / territory

  • Prior healthcare experience is preferred

Education

4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience

Travel

Daily travel expected within the territory with some overnights required

Our Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range for this position:

$148,100 - $246,800
