The Opportunity:
The UCF IT Department within Facilities and Business Operations is seeking to hire a Workday Administrator III. This role is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the university's cloudbased Workday ERP system to ensure strong performance, reliability, and alignment with organizational needs. The Workday Administrator III plays a pivotal role not only in system maintenance and troubleshooting, but also in developing, enhancing, and refining business processes within Workday to support operational efficiency. This position serves as a strategic problemsolver, leveraging deep functional expertise and advanced Workday knowledge to propose, design, and implement system and business process solutions that address complex organizational challenges.
Responsibilities:
Manage and facilitate the day to day operations of the Workday ERP system.
Configure the Workday ERP system according to functional and technical requirements.
Lead data mapping and data conversion activities.
Configure and test business processes and workflows within the Workday ERP system.
Monitor system performance, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity.
Address system and data integrity issues in partnership with other IT teams and business stakeholders.
Coordinate system upgrades and maintenance activities for assigned functional areas.
Manage projects aimed at solving business problems and improving system efficiency and functionality.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements, support governance processes, prioritize work, propose solutions, and facilitate decision making.
Document tasks, decisions, requirements, and progress in the work management system.
Develop complex functional, technical, design, and business process specification documentation for Workday implementations.
Provide end user support, training, and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant toFla. Stat. 112.219(6).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting Workday functionality, including the development of custom reports.
Extensive hands on experience configuring and administrating multiple Workday modules (e.g., Finance, Security and Procurement).
Experience supporting ledger, accounting, and finance related processes within a Workday environment.
Strong knowledge of ERP concepts, data structures, integrations, and business process design.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities and propose technical solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system configurations.

Workday certifications in applicable functional areas.

About the role:
Based in Orlando, Florida, this role is responsible for increasing Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base, increasing client engagement with existing software clients, and growing the SaaS client base through new sales. General Summary of Position:

Position Overview:
PTS Advance is seeking an experienced MEP Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical building systems design and proven expertise in Revit for modeling and documentation. You’ll play a key role in developing HVAC, plumbing, and piping designs for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical systems for building projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.

The Technical Service Coordinator plays a critical role in onboarding new managed services customers and ensuring they have a clear, accurate, and complete technical foundation as they transition into our MSP environment. This role sits at the intersection of service delivery, technical operations, and customer success—responsible for gathering and documenting environment details, coordinating onboarding tasks across teams, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding
- Serve as the primary coordinator for onboarding new MSP customers.
- Collect and validate environment information (infrastructure, networks, identity systems, applications, security tools)
- Facilitate kickoff calls, technical discovery sessions, and onboarding checkpoints.
- Work cross-functionally with Service Desk, Systems Administration, Networking, and Security teams to ensure smooth onboarding execution.
- Track onboarding tasks, milestones, risks, and completion status.
Technical Documentation
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation including:
- Network diagrams
- Asset inventories
- Access and identity configurations
- Backup, monitoring, and security configurations
- Server, endpoint, and application details

Operational Coordination
- Act as a liaison between onboarding teams, technical operations, and account management.

- Assist in preparing environment overviews and technical summaries for internal handoff to Operations, Systems Administration, and Service Desk teams.

Technical Support Assistance
- Perform basic to mid‑level environment validation tasks (e.g., checking system health, verifying connectivity, confirming AD/O365 configurations

Qualifications
Required
- 1–3 years experience in an MSP, helpdesk, technical coordination, or IT operations role.
- Understanding of:
- Microsoft 365 / Azure AD
- Windows Server fundamentals
- Networking basics (VLANs, firewalls, switching, DNS)
- Backup & monitoring concepts
- Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
