The Epicor Software Developer's role is to partner with Epicor system users and IT team members to drive technical solutions. The position is responsible for all phases of the solution lifecycle process, from collecting business requirements through designing, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions. - Maintains the operation of electrical systems and equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements on conveyors, programmable controllers, transformers, and machinery wiring; following electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications; troubleshooting.
- Repairs electrical and mechanical systems and equipment by diagnosing malfunctioning apparatus, such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures; determines faulty wiring; inspecting and testing malfunctioning machinery.
- Performs routine maintenance by using hand and power tools, electric meters, and materials handling equipment in performing duties.
Coordinates and/or performs general building maintenance.
- Maintains and repairs general facilities maintenance to include plumbing, painting, lighting, and other building maintenance to ensure buildings are maintained in working order.
Sets specifications for new equipment.
- Installs new machines and equipment by installing power supply wiring and conduit to and between machines and equipment; using hand tools and test equipment.

PetSmart’s Pet Associate (Retail Sales Associate) is responsible for engaging with pet parents and their pets while providing positive experiences and upholding the company’s vision, mission, values, and strategy. This role also shares responsibility of store cleanliness and maintenance, and pet safety standards as well as the direct care of pets within our store.
Essential Responsibilities

- Responsible for the pet parent experience and outcomes conducted in person, over the phone, at the sales register and online.

The St.
Louis office is seeking a qualified person to work as a Maintenance Tech.
The Maintenance Techis responsible for ensuring that the maintenance needs of residential homes are monitored and required maintenance, and repairs are provided in a timely fashion.

Develop preventative maintenance schedules for each home and complete tasks monthly, quarterly, and annually as verified by check sheet.
Arrange for outside contractors with Director approval.
Sign off on all completed maintenance work orders, providing time and material costs by cost center.
Complete basic plumbing, HVAC, drywall repair, painting, electrical and interior/exterior carpentry repairs.
Schedule services with each home ahead of time, utilizing provided call list of contact staff.
Maintain professional relationships in the homes with staff and individuals; and provide service without interrupting their routine.
Compliance with all standards to assure the health and safety off all staff and individuals that we serve.
Comply with all state mandated individual protection reporting and protection procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
General Qualifications: Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation required.
Use of personal vehicle is required.
Supply own essential tools for routine maintenance.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Prefer general maintenance experience of 4-5 years.
