Education Requirements
- 7-10+ years of construction management experience, OR a combination of a BA/BS in a construction-related field plus construction management experience totaling 10+ years
- Must have run at least one job of $5-10 million value or greater ($10-20 million preferred)
- Preferred experience in ground-up new construction or heavy renovation projects, whether in a fully operational facility or not
- Experience in QA/QC Methods, inspection, and enforcement.
