Turnaround Field Coordinator (Multiple Craft Backgrounds)
Project-Based | Mid-May Start – End of July (Possible Extension)
We are seeking experienced Turnaround (TA) Field Coordinators to support upcoming high-pace plant shutdown activities. These roles will coordinate field execution across multiple crafts during major repair, inspection, and equipment rebuild events.
This is a field-based position supporting refinery/plant turnaround operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate field work during turnaround/shutdown events
- Support rotating equipment, mechanical, soft crafts, instrumentation, and quality activities
- Manage assigned zones or craft areas
- Work under a Lead Turnaround Coordinator or Turnaround Manager
- Ensure work progresses safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Required Experience
- Strong craft background preferred:
- Soft Crafts: Scaffold builders, insulators, painters
- Mechanical: Welders, pipefitters, boilermakers, exchanger/mechanical technicians
- Instrumentation/Electrical: I&E technicians (for I&E coordinator roles)
- Demonstrated plant or refinery turnaround experience
- Ability to perform in high-pressure, constantly changing shutdown environments

The Quadient Inspire designer/developer is responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of various document and mail generation workflows on Quadient Inspire Designer. Key Responsibilities
Employment Law Support
- Assist leadership with employment law matters including onboarding, offboarding, disciplinary actions, and compliance initiatives
- Draft, review, and revise employment-related documents such as offer letters, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, and separation agreements
- Support internal investigations, employee relations matters, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
