What We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree (required)

Compensation
- Compensation: Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. Based on 50 working weeks per year, estimated annual earnings range from $20,000–$70,000 per day per week worked (e.g., 1 day/week = $20,000–$70,000 annually; up to 5 days/week = $100,000–$350,000 annually). Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance. JOB SUMMARY
The Building Engineer is responsible for the physical operations of assigned properties, ensuring high project performance is met based on established goals and benchmarks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Portfolio Management
- Manages maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements for assigned buildings. Including all building systems – mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, fire/life safety, elevator/escalator, building envelope
- Identifies, recommends, and implements preventative and on-going maintenance programs to preserve and/or upgrade building systems
- Stays abreast of latest technologies related to building systems and equipment
- Manages Energy Management System programs, performs in-house programming and develops computer-based graphics to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems while considering occupant comfort, efficiency and minimizing operating costs
Vendor Management
- Manages vendor relationships effectively to ensure service expectations and contract obligations are met and costs are within budget and/or opportunities for expense savings are achieved
- Oversees and inspects work performed by outside contractors seeing that the contract specifications are followed, and work is completed in a timely manner
- Competitively bids service agreements as necessary
- Provides quality assurance to all proposed work that will impact building systems by reviewing plans (approving or denying) to maintain building standards. Completes intermittent inspections to confirm work is being completed according to plan
- Works closely with building security and day janitors to ensure seamless delivery of building services to customers

JOB CONDITIONS
There is a high noise environment in mechanical rooms when chillers are operating. Some exposure to concentrated particulates during perimeter unit cleaning. Also, some extreme stretching, bending when inspecting perimeter units.
The individual in this position needs to move around a large office building, occasionally ascending/descending ladders and moving a variety of items/equipment up to 50 pounds. This person must also be adept at communicating and exchanging information with tenants, coworkers, and vendors. It is often important for this position to be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
This is an essential services position, and as such, this individual is often called upon to assist in the welfare of our tenants and the safety of our buildings in emergency situations such as severe weather occurrences, etc. Working on-call evenings and rotating weekends is required.
All building staff may be subjected to a separate clearance/background check by Federal, State, or Municipal tenants.

- Develop construction bid quantities and cost estimates
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in site development design and project management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in OR or WA Required
- Experience in both public and private sector projects
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical report writing
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
- Confidence in networking and relationship-building with clients and industry professionals
- Knowledge of local codes, regulations, and agency standards
- Commitment to quality work and professional integrity

General Purpose
This position is part of the Project Delivery group in the internal project management office organization and will support capital projects in the Company's service territory.
Responsibilities of this position include the following:
· Provide project controls support as a team member on multiple project teams.
· Pull project cost data from SAP, analyze variances, and assure corrections are implemented.
· Monitor and identify deviations to plan for the project manager and recommend resolution.
· Assure compliance with corporate governance.
· Create and maintain project schedules in Microsoft schedule.
· Create and maintain SAP project structures.
· Work with other departments within Pacific Power as needed.
· Complete ad hoc assignment needs as requested to support capital Transmission and Distribution project delivery and supporting functions.
Requirements for this position include the following:
· Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Ability to perform research and analysis, including the ability to obtain and evaluate relevant data, and develop creative alternatives to complex processes and situations.
· At least three years project controls or comparable experience are required.
· Working knowledge of SAP.
· Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications.
· Familiarity with scheduling software and processes.
· Solid understanding of construction processes.
· Work in a team environment and with all organization levels.
· Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
· Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others within and across the organization.
