Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop Teams: Direct, mentor, and inspire the Document Control and GMP Training teams, fostering growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Set Strategic Direction: Establish KPIs, objectives, and overall strategy for document control and training in alignment with organizational quality goals.
- Champion Regulatory Compliance: Ensure robust document management and training programs meet global regulatory requirements (21 CFR 210/211, EU GMP) and maintain inspection readiness.
- Oversee Document Lifecycle: Supervise the creation, organization, revision, archival, and retrieval of critical documents such as SOPs, Master Batch Records, and logbooks for multi-product/multi-site operations.
- Manage GMP Training Programs: Oversee employee training curricula, ensuring all staff are qualified, compliant, and prepared for evolving processes or regulatory changes.
- Drive Process Improvement: Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks, elevate document control best practices, and implement scalable solutions across the organization.
- Lead Digital Transformation: Act as the Business System Owner for electronic document and training management systems, overseeing system configuration, validation, and integrity per regulatory standards (21 CFR Part 11).
- Support Audits and Inspections: Represent quality systems during FDA/EMA audits, regulatory inspections, and customer visits, and deliver improvement strategies to leadership.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with QA, Manufacturing, Regulatory, IT, and Engineering teams to drive seamless quality operations and support remediation efforts as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field, Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of QA experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of cGMP (21 CFR 210/211), EU GMP, GDP, 21 CFR Part 11, and ALCOA data integrity principles.
- Demonstrated expertise as a Business System Owner for digital Document Control/Training systems.

In our petrochemical facility we produce synthetic rubber from monomer feedstocks and catalysts, through a polymerization reaction.
The product, after other operations, is carefully weighed and pressed into uniform bales before shipping to the next Michelin factory for tire production.
Our facility supplies various rubber products that go into tires in the USA, Canada, and in Michelin factories around the world. Our site is one of the three Michelin petrochemical sites producing synthetic rubber for cars, vans, trucks, two-wheelers, aircraft, agricultural tractors, and mining equipment.

- Support the Engineer of Projects (EOP) in the planning, execution, and closeout of projects within the assigned portfolio
- Coordinate portfolio-level budgets, schedules, and resource planning across multiple engineering projects
- Develop and maintain project delivery plans including scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, and cost estimates
- Collaborate with design, construction, and line departments to support capital plan development, project prioritization, and feasibility assessments

The Northrop Grumman Classified Solutions team is seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Administrator to join its dynamic team of technical professionals. Note: Due to the classified nature of the work being performed, this position does not offer any virtual or telecommute working options. Maintain smooth operation of classified networks - LAN/WAN environments.
Plan, design, configure, and install network hardware in support of customer requirements.

Under general and/or immediate supervision from higher level engineering staff, performs a variety of journey level technical drafting, office and field engineering work; and provides assistance and information to the public. May exercise functional and technical supervision over less experienced technical staff.
Position Snapshot/A Day in the Life: The Engineering Technician II performs routine drafting and technical engineering work in support of municipal infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include assisting with engineering design and planning, providing customer service, and performing technical office and field duties related to updating, maintaining, and analyzing the Public Works and Engineering Department's Geographic Information System (GIS) and utility infrastructure data. This position coordinates and conducts research, field data collection, and condition assessments of infrastructure assets, using GIS, database, and information management tools to support capital planning and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Functions
Engineering Technician II -This is the full journey level in the Engineering Technician series. Employees within this class are distinguished from the Engineering Technician I By the performance of the full range of duties as assigned including the moderately complex duties of drafting, office and field engineering work. Employees at this level receive only occasional instruction or assistance as new or unusual situations arise, and are fully aware of the operating procedures and policies of the work unit. This class is flexibly staffed and is normally filled by advancement from the I level, or when filled from the outside, requires previous work experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Incumbent must have the ability to:
- Review and process tract maps, parcel maps, of line adjustments, grants of easement, and street right-of-ways for recordation.
- Verify fulfillment of conditions of approval for new subdivisions; perform on-site inspections to verify survey monuments related to parcel maps and lot line adjustments.
- Prepare and draft technical engineering plans for construction of streets, alleys, storm drains, water lines, and other public improvements.
- Provide public assistance at counter and over the telephone.
- Prepare quantity and cost estimates for engineering projects.
- Maintain a variety of maps and records including tract maps, parcel maps, lot line adjustments, easements, street and address changes.
- Review engineering plans to determine appropriate layout of construction projects.
- Perform on-site inspections to obtain information; determine angles and set grade stakes, hubs, turning points and benchmarks using appropriate surveying techniques; locate and measure boundary lines, right-of-ways, and land grades.
- Make and check mathematical calculations related to surveying, drafting and basic engineering.
- Maintain accurate survey records in the form of field notes and sketches.
- Participate in a variety of engineering design and planning work related to municipal engineering projects.
