Job Description: The Senior MRB/Liaison Engineer serves as the point of communication between engineering, manufacturing, and quality departments, ensuring that design specifications and engineering solutions are properly implemented during the production process.
The primary responsibility is to facilitate collaboration across various teams to resolve issues that may arise during the manufacturing or assembly process.
This role is critical in ensuring seamless collaboration between the design and production teams, helping to deliver high-quality aerospace products while meeting strict deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include: Review and disposition non-conforming conditions on primary parts, assemblies and final product verifying disposition will not negatively impact the functionality of the system.
Act as the main contact between the design engineering team and manufacturing to ensure engineering intent met.

Provide real-time support to manufacturing and assembly teams to resolve production and build issues with impact on schedule.
Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and ensure that all solutions comply with engineering and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with suppliers, quality engineers, and manufacturing personnel to address deviations and propose solutions.
Monitor production processes to identify potential design or manufacturing risks and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency and product quality.

About the Role:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for planning and coordinating all manufacturing activities to meet schedule requirements safely. Supervises hourly coordinators and production employees while evaluating and coaching employees to improve performance. They are also expected to actively support the SQDCME Scorecard initiatives (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environment) in their respective area.

- Supervises the process and employees engaged in the manufacturing of products within assigned department and shift to meet schedule attainment goals
- Develops and executes production plans to achieve departmental and plant goals for all SQDCME metrics

Job Description
In this role, you will engage with quality engineering teams and support in validating various non-conformance reports. You will be responsible to coordinate with different teams to drive solutions for key customer issues.
Responsibilities
- Review submitted non-conformances and validated actual non-conformances with Metrology lab, participate in required conference calls and meetings.
- Technical expertise to interpret aerospace drawings / blueprints.
- Track and route eNMS tickets as required.
- Complete change management documentation as required.
- Perform First Article Inspections in accordance with AS9102 standards.
- Knowledge on Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on fully assembled and sub-assembly parts to ensure conformity and on time delivery.
- Skilled in applying GD&T principles to ensure product quality and functionality
- Conduct internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements
- Audit production workers to ensure NADCAP guidelines are being met, as well as adhering to quality planning.
- Provide weekly performance reports detailing identified KPIs. (completed/open MRB tickets).
- Provide time and expense reports.
- Provide weekly summary of facts/observations/progress of project.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/business from an accredited university or college.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Aviation / Engineering.
- Prior experience with metrology, blueprints interpretation, Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) measurement techniques.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Strong oral, written communication skills, excellent customer relationship building skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Established ESOP electrical contractor is seeking an Electrical Estimator to support growing commercial and industrial work in the Lafayette market. This role is critical to bid accuracy, project handoff, and long-term profitability. The team is highly selective and prioritizes candidates with electrical construction experience.
What You’ll Do
• Prepare detailed electrical estimates for commercial and industrial projects
• Submit complete bids ahead of deadlines and attend pre-bid meetings
• Review drawings, specs, and scope to ensure full project understanding
• Collaborate with PMs and project teams during kickoff and turnover
• Source cost-effective labor, material, and vendor pricing
• Leverage internal resources (Prefab, internal labor strategies) to reduce cost and risk
