- Hours of practice are Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., but flexibility is preferred as the practice is looking to provide extended hours.
- Weekly Patient Contact: 36 hours is preferred.
- Daily encounter goals of 18-22 patients depending on visit lengths.
- Call required for this position is 1:4 – light call that is physician friendly allowing for work/life balance .

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist to join us at Lafayette Otolaryngology Associates located in Lafayette, IN.
We have been providing excellent medical care for patients in the Greater Lafayette area since 1983 and recently joined the Franciscan Physician Network. Lafayette ENT specializes in the comprehensive medical and surgical treatment of ear, nose and throat disorders, head and neck tumors, facial trauma and facial plastic surgery. About the Role:
The Manager, Compensation reports to the Director, Compensation & Benefits at Wabash and supports the design, execution and administration of the company’s compensation programs. This role contributes to base pay structures, incentive plans and broader compensation initiatives while partnering with HR, business leaders and Finance to ensure programs align with company goals, market competitiveness and internal equity. This position offers exposure across multiple facets of Wabash’s compensation strategy and provides the opportunity to build and enhance programs that support talent attraction, retention and engagement.
Your Responsibilities:
· Support the design, implementation and evaluation of Wabash’s compensation programs including broad-based and incentive pay plans
· Execute the annual compensation cycle including base pay adjustments and incentive plan administration
· Provide data-driven recommendations on salary structures, job leveling and pay program enhancements
· Conduct compensation analyses including market benchmarking, pay equity reviews and modeling
· Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation-related matters including workforce planning and job evaluations
· Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency)
· Participate in compensation surveys and support analysis to maintain market competitiveness
· Collaborate with Finance and Legal to align compensation programs with cost and governance requirements
· Support development of training and communication materials related to compensation programs
· Stay informed on compensation trends and recommend improvements as appropriate

Let’s Talk About Your Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 3-5+ years of compensation or related HR experience
· Foundational knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation and pay structures
· Experience with incentive plans or exposure to executive compensation is a plus (not required)
· CCP certification or interest in pursuing certification preferred
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) and HRIS tools
· Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Dir II HSE Program (USAN) on our Health, Science, and Ethics team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office.
As a Dir II HSE Program, you will direct the operations of the United States Adopted Names (USAN) Program and serve as Secretary to the USAN Council. Serve as an International Nonproprietary Names (INN) expert for the World Health Organization's INN Program.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
USAN Program Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the USAN Team including managing USAN and INN applications and the negotiation, approval, and payment process for all generic drug names in the United States.
- Provide operational and governance guidance and oversight to USAN Program staff by ensuring adherence to USAN policies.
- Serve as a liaison with the FDA and WHO.
- Responsible for managing USAN's operating budget, ensuring timely revenue recognition to meet financial targets.
- Responsible for establishing USAN-specific goals and providing input to help shape and implement BU-level processes.
Nonproprietary Naming Lifecycle
- Conduct negotiations for nonproprietary names for drugs, both small molecules and biologics, pharmaceutical aids, and veterinary drugs marketed in the United States between drug manufacturers, the USAN Council, and the World Health Organization (WHO)
- Serve as single point of contact with pharmaceutical clients throughout the drug naming lifecycle.
- Conduct extensive research on the availability and appropriateness of the suggested names and stems.
- Prepare and review analysis of related agents for applications.
- Ensure established nomenclature and chemical format standards are followed.
- Read and report on drug nomenclature and medical literature to maintain skills for this position including monitoring and interpreting advances in the field of nomenclature.
Secretary to the USAN Council and INN Program Expert
- Conduct biannual USAN Council meetings. Responsible for the agenda, organization and content of USAN Council meetings. Present USAN requests and new policies for review by the USAN Council at these meetings.
- Act as primary contact and spokesperson for the USAN Council; provide nomenclature guidance to manufacturers by directly communicating and explaining USAN rules and processes.
- Conduct reviews of all INN applications and make recommendations to the INN Secretariat.
- Attend INN Expert Consultation meetings twice per year to approve USAN and INN requests submitted to the INN Program.
Staff Management
- Lead, mentor, and provide management oversight for staff.
- Responsible for setting objectives, evaluating employee performance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Responsible for developing staff knowledge and skills to support career development.

- 10+ years of experience in a health-related setting that includes deep expertise in drug classification and activity is required.
- 5+ years' experience in people management required; able to attract and develop talent.
- Substantive knowledge, training, and background in biochemistry, pharmacy, pharmacology and / or the biological sciences is required.
- Proven track record of managing Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability preferred.
- Familiarity with specialized software applications (such as Clarivate, ChemDraw) and chemical databases (such as Chemical Abstract Service).

We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Sr. Product Manager on our Health Solutions team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office.
As a Sr. Product Manager, you will provide analytical
oversight of the portfolio lifecycle and target markets for the Credentialing
Product Portfolio. This includes assessing and evaluating new opportunities and
markets for growth to support go-to-market planning and execution. Inform
product vision through analysis, execution, and implementation. Actively work with business
development, sales, and marketing teams on strategic initiatives and and
cross-functional alignment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Portfolio Analysis & Market Assessment
- Evaluate new markets for the AMA's credentialing business, inclusive of developing business and financial models along with supporting companion strategies for product development and launch.
- Lead defined product team efforts focusing on new data acquisition and credentials verification of non-physician clinician types to support credentialing offerings, developing business cases when appropriate.
- In conjunction with leadership and product and business development team, contribute to the development and enhancement of a multi-year product roadmap and build consensus and enthusiasm among stakeholders.
- Facilitate development of an innovation pipeline utilizing deep understanding of emerging trends in the health care marketplace to support innovation and inform positioning of AMA credentialing solutions for growth in evolving markets.
- Analyze and recommend approaches for maximizing market share and contribution margins in existing markets.
- Work with leaders across AMA (e.g., IT, Legal, Finance, and Advocacy) to support alignment of intiatives with technical capabilities, economic models and legal and compliance requirements.
Industry Analysis
- Stay current on industry trends, accreditation standards, regulations and customer needs and behaviors associated with the Credentialing Solutions Portfolio.
- Source third-party market research and analysis, as needed, working procurement to define needs and source market research and analysis work, including customer research, market analysis and competitor analysis.
- Produce analytical and product-focused presentations for both internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Marketing to deliver value messaging linked to the targeted markets and segments.
- Provide key inputs to enable marketing to develop Sales Enablement and Channel Enablement materials aligned to the new solutions' value propositions. Manage creation of and ensure quality of product artifacts. Align product and go-to-market planning and execution.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of health care-focused experience in new product development and/or health care data industry.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience supporting strategic growth initiatives.
- Strong business acumen to develop and communicate recommendations to leadership.
- Excellent data synthesis and financial modeling skills to critically analyze and interpret market research and other data, to inform the development of business cases and plans.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and solutions.
- Interpersonal skills and temperament to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a matrixed and complicated environment.
- Strong oral and written communications skills; able to express complex business concepts effectively. Strong presentation skills required to evangelize products in the marketplace.
- Proactively initiates, develops and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external team members to achieve results. Works well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience and can effectively inform a team toward a direction or recommendation based on data and insights.
- Able to cultivate and sustain working relationships with executives at key clients, industry influencers, and other collaborators.
