With your skills you will:


Executive Support

What you’ll bring:

Compensation Counts:

RH2 has an excellent multi-component compensation package built to recognize and financially reward our employees’ contributions throughout their career with the company. Individual base compensation will vary within the range of $35.00-$55.00/hour based on skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position. RH2 values our employees’ work/life balance and compensates for overtime at 1.5 times the base rate for hours exceeding 40 regular hours in a work week.

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Design and Analysis Engineer to lead the development, integration, and validation of complex electronic and electrical sensor subsystems for the P-8 aircraft. This position reports to the P-8 Mission Systems IPT Sensors Systems team and will be 100% onsite in Tukwila, WA.

The P-8 is a high-visibility, advanced commercial derivative military aircraft program supporting the U.S. Navy and international customers. As a Technical Lead Engineer (TLE) for sensor subsystems (e.g., electro-optical/infrared, electronic warfare, magnetic, radar, signals intelligence, surveillance/identification), you will ensure that equipment is installed correctly, safe to operate, and performs properly during final product functional testing.   • Experienced (Level 3): $114,750 - $155,250
  • Senior (Level 4) $141,100 - $190,900
