Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Own customer support issues end to end and ensure timely, accurate resolutions
- Support customer onboarding by validating configuration, reviewing workflows, and preparing customers for go-live
- Deliver advanced training and create materials that help clinical and administrative teams adopt the platform effectively
- Serve as the escalation point for Jira Service queues and guide triage and prioritization
- Provide advanced support to internal users across authentication, access, feature flagging, analytics, logging, VPN, GitHub, password management, and productivity tools
- Investigate and resolve issues across GCP services, , Auth0 flows, LaunchDarkly configuration, Mixpanel events, NordLayer access, GitHub permissions, 1Password access, and related systems
- Maintain and improve documentation in Confluence, including workflow diagrams, runbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides created in Lucidchart
- Perform proactive system monitoring using GCP logs, , uptime indicators, and automated alerts to detect and address issues early
- Reproduce issues, validate fixes, analyze root causes, and collaborate with engineering to improve reliability and data integrity
- Ensure support follows HIPAA-aligned privacy, security, and data handling requirements
- Surface findings from Intruder and SecurityScorecard and track remediation with security and engineering teams
- Identify recurring patterns in support tickets, propose workflow and product improvements, and contribute insights to roadmap discussions
- Mentor junior support engineers and help develop team best practices
- Participate in incident response efforts for issues affecting multiple customers or systems
Required Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience providing technical support in a SaaS, healthcare, or cloud-based environment
- Proven experience supporting healthcare customers or healthcare data workflows
- Experience owning escalations and complex troubleshooting efforts in coordination with engineering or product teams
- Proficiency with Jira Service Management for issue triage and workflows analysis
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms for authentication, identity management, analytics, logging, VPN access, and secure productivity operations
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform logs, error reports, service metrics, or interactions with Cloud Run and Cloud Functions
- Strong understanding of QA processes, root cause analysis, and cross-environment troubleshooting

Job Description
Welder Repair to service and maintain engine-driven and electric welders and related equipment while ensuring a safe work environment. This role involves repairing, testing, and maintaining equipment, ordering parts, and performing preventative maintenance, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for adherence to company policies including safety and the use of personal protective equipment.
- Repairs and refurbishes all Electric and Engine Drives.
- Assembles electric, diesel, gas, and propane equipment for rental.
- Tests and calibrates machines to see if they are functional for rent or sale.
- Repaints parts, touches up paint, and puts decals on welders to maintain general appearance.
- Replaces defective parts and completes preventative maintenance required.
- Orders parts as required in order to complete repairs.
- Inspects returned equipment for proper operation and/or damage by the customer.
- Operates a forklift, pallet jack or other necessary equipment to stock required parts in the shop.
- Ensures a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Prepares and completes paperwork for all machine repairs.

The IT Service Desk Technician provides basic technical assistance and support to internal end users as well as augments the IT Service Desk Team by performing repetitive tasks and functions, such as imagining hardware, swapping devices, and counting IT hardware inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Be the face of IT to corporate employees in the respective office location.

Cosmetic Compliance Consultant- Dental Whitening Products
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and lead global regulatory strategies for cosmetic and borderline products, ensuring alignment with FDA, EU MDR, and other international requirements.
2. Conduct comprehensive gap assessments against cosmetic, OTC, and product safety regulations; determine required technical documentation and assess existing files for deficiencies.
3. Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documentation, including PIFs, CPSRs, 510(k) submissions, PMAs, Technical Files, and Design Dossiers.
4. Create and manage remediation plans to close gaps in product documentation, regulatory submissions, and internal processes.

- Leverage multimodal signals (text, visual, user) to better understand user intent
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to design and implement new ad products

What we're looking for:

Job Summary
Entry level engineer/project construction administration providing support to the Capital Improvements Project Team. Assists experienced engineers/coordinators in developing project criteria, studies, plans, specifications, providing calculations, tracking budgets, reviewing construction documentation, and communication related to City Capital Projects.
Principal Accountabilities
Entry level non-supervisory engineer/construction administration. Reports to the Capital Projects Supervisor for coordinated work with experienced engineers and coordinators. Accountable for the follow tasks:
- Assists in various phases of City Capital Improvement Project work including contract administration, project management documentation, public outreach and accounting.
- Supports dissemination of project information to other City Groups and Divisions.
- Aids in the recording of construction records documentation.

- Supports dissemination of project information by preparation of exhibits.
- Helps gather stakeholder requirements for technical specifications to promote quality assurance.
- Performs field reconnaissance when/as required.
- Assists staff in the review of construction documents including plans, specification and construction management documents through all stages of Public Works projects.
- Works with experienced engineers/coordinators and other staff to coordinate and document field changes.
- Maintains knowledge of current construction codes and changes in industry standards related to construction material and procedure developments.
- Aids in the preparation of project status reports for proper coordination and scheduling of projects.

Peripheral Duties
- Coordinates field activities of City projects with private and public utilities within Kirkland.
- Works with Maintenance and Operations on engineering issues.
- Reviews traffic control plans with the Traffic Engineer.
- Responds to public inquiries or complaints relating to construction activities, standards, administrative procedures, and requested improvements.
- Provides public counter and back-up telephone coverage. Provides information regarding the policy of the City in response to inquiries.
- Assists in maintaining and updating Kirkland Pre-Approved Plans for the Public Works Department.
- Conducts field inspection on an as needed basis to assist inspection staff when workload or absences dictate.
- Maintaining the CIP Group's Lessons Learned file.
