Summary:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support CAPEX initiatives and facilities scheduling at a manufacturing site in Henrico, VA. This role works closely with the Facilities Manager and multiple internal departments to track capital projects, organize documentation, and support scheduling and financial coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a manufacturing background who is highly organized and looking to grow into a Project Management–type role.
Job Duties:
- Track and follow up daily on active CAPEX projects to ensure timelines, documentation, and approvals stay on track.
- Support the full lifecycle of capital projects, including planning, execution, and closeout activities.
- Coordinate closely with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Facilities to organize CAPEX budgets, schedules, and spending.
- Assist with basic financial tracking, ROI considerations, and “what-if” scenario support for capital projects.
- Coordinate logistics related to facilities projects, including maintenance scheduling, vendor access, transportation, and IT needs.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders requesting facility use or project support.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, schedules, and trackers using Microsoft Office tools.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing background required.
- 3+ years of general administrative or coordination experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of exposure to CAPEX projects (tracking, documentation, budgeting, or coordination).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Surface Warfare Officers (SWOs) are involved in virtually every aspect of Navy missions. As a SWO, you may be in charge of any number of shipboard operations and activities while at sea, working with or within any of these specialized forces:
Aircraft Carrier Forces: Provide and coordinate air, submarine and surface ship defense for aircraft carriers.
Cruiser-Destroyer Forces: Provide ship attack and defensive measures with a wide array of missile and fire power capabilities, providing anti-air, -submarine and -surface warfare support.
Amphibious Forces: Embark and transport vehicles, equipment and personnel for amphibious assault operations.
Combat-Logistics Forces: Provide combatant ships with fuel, ammunition, food and supplies, and provide repair, maintenance and rescue capabilities through Fleet Support Ships.
Mine Warfare Forces: Detect, identify and neutralize threats from hostile use of maritime mines.

Work Environment
As a Surface Warfare Officer, you will work at sea and on shore, in a variety of environments. Sea duty could place you aboard ships within the fleet. Shore duty may involve a tour of duty at the Pentagon, a student assignment at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA, or command and management positions at shore bases and stations around the world.
Training & Advancement
Those pursuing an Information Professional Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, RI.
Unless they have already been commissioned through the Naval Academy or ROTC, those pursuing a Surface Warfare Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School. Newly commissioned SWOs can expect an advanced training process that includes comprehensive training at sea and ashore.
Newly commissioned Surface Warfare Officers will be assigned to a surface ship, leading a team of Sailors responsible for a component of the ship - anything from electronics to weapons to engineering systems. In this setting, Officers are working toward full Surface Warfare qualification.
After completing these initial sea tours, Surface Warfare Officers may be selected to serve on high-level staffs, commands or strategic projects or they may be selected to work in recruitment. The ultimate goal for many: to one day command their own ship.

A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer.
There are different ways to become a SWO. If you're a high school student or an undergraduate, you can enter through the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) or through the U.S. Naval Academy. Those already having a degree attend Officer Candidate School (OCS), a 12-week Navy school in Newport, RI.

Part-Time Opportunities
There are part-time opportunities available as a Surface Warfare Officer.
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Surface Warfare Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, Surface Warfare Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.

Our Utility Client's System Operations Engineering department is seeking a motivated individual to support the Company's evolving transmission grid and assist with the industry leading projects we have in progress. Our team is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to assist the growing team.
The System Operations Engineering team supports our client's System Operators by maintaining and updating our Energy Management System (EMS). The is a complex software system that receives hundreds of thousands of measurements from substations within a territory and neighboring utilities, makes them available to the System Operators in a variety of views, and performs complex calculations on this data for many different purposes, such as 'what-if' scenarios (called Contingency Analysis). This team is also in the midst of two multi-year projects; one of which including partnering with a vendor to build a state-of-the-art synchrophasor-bases EMS as well as upgrading our current EMS.
The BPA will work with the team and leadership, assisting with administrative and general business activities and processes. You will learn our existing processes and workflows within the team, helping to document and improve them, help design and maintain onboarding and training programs, assist with tracking and monitoring metrics, help offload administrative burden, and improve coordination amongst cross-functional teams.

The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer (Data Center Infrastructure) is a technical leader responsible for the architecture, integration, and validation of advanced mechanical systems supporting hyperscale data center environments. This role requires deep expertise in liquid cooling technologies (single-phase and two-phase), hydronic system design, structural integration, and manufacturable rack-level infrastructure solutions.

What will you do?
- Lead the end-to-end mechanical design and engineering of hyperscale Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) systems, including liquid-cooled rack assemblies, CDUs, manifolds, enclosures, structural frames, and associated hydronic piping systems.
- Serve as the technical authority for single-phase and two-phase liquid cooling architectures, including primary and secondary loop design, in-rack distribution, and system integration within hyperscale data center environments.
- Define and validate operational performance requirements for liquid-cooled infrastructure, including pressure ratings, hydrostatic limits, temperature ranges, flow rates and uniformity, thermal expansion, durability, and serviceability.
- Design, analyze, and validate machined components, welded fabrications, manifolds, and structural systems using advanced engineering principles, including stress analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), flow modeling, and structural load calculations to ensure mechanical integrity and code compliance.
- Lead wetted material selection and compatibility analysis for liquid cooling systems, including corrosion mitigation strategies, surface treatments, cleanliness standards, and long-term durability considerations.
- Develop and review CAD models and complete technical data packages using CREO, SolidWorks, or equivalent tools; ensure design accuracy, manufacturability, and system-level integration.
- Author and approve technical specifications for piping systems, rack-level cooling infrastructure, and hydronic components, including installation guidelines, maintenance procedures, testing requirements, and compliance with applicable standards (ASME, ISO).
- Establish and oversee validation protocols including hydrostatic pressure testing, leak detection and mitigation, flow resistance analysis, and corrosion verification to ensure regulatory compliance and operational reliability.
- Evaluate customer design proposals and technical specifications to assess feasibility, manufacturability, cost, and risk; provide recommendations to optimize performance and total cost of ownership.
- Lead cross-functional design reviews with electrical, thermal, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure full system integration and compliance with product specifications and applicable plumbing and hydronic codes.

We are seeking skilled Make-Ready Designers (primary focus) and Power Distribution Designers to support engineering programs for major electric and telecom utilities. Ideal candidates bring demonstrated experience in overhead utility pole design, NESC application, clearance assessment, pole loading analysis, and construction package development. Useful design platforms include DDS, Katapult, O-Calc, GIS, MicroStation, AutoCAD, or client-specific drafting systems.
In this role, you will review field/walkout data, evaluate existing attachment conditions, model pole loading, determine make-ready requirements, and prepare accurate construction-ready deliverables.
