Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning, procurement and scheduling materials using “just-in-time” methodology. Works with other departments on issues revolving around planning, costs, quality and inventory factors. Monitors costs and schedules. Assures goals and deadlines are met while attaining the best quality for best value.
- Ability to understand technical scope of work in TDP.
- Identifies methods for ensuring material cost parameters are maintained and/or improved.
- Reviews and monitors open order action reports.
- Assists in the development of standards and works with suppliers to guarantee quality of product and service are attained.
- Ability to solve technical issues, either individually or with departments support.
- Retrieves procurement information from company’s MRP (Materials Requisition Planning) system.
- Places material orders within 5 days of contract review.
- Orders placed in accordance with strategic plan.
- PPV in excess of 10%
- Bids out work orders to suppliers, negotiates prices, delivery schedules.
- Maintains and updates records and supplier’s files.
- Resolves problems that affect discrepant material, damaged goods, incorrect pricing, supply, quality and delivery schedules. Takes actions in MRB.
- Acts as liaison between supplier and plant personnel to expedite and ensure timely delivery of purchased materials and services according to production schedule and inventory needs.
- Sources, qualifies and makes recommendations for certifying suppliers. Tracks monthly supplier’s performance by monitoring and evaluating their material’s costs.
- Recommends SCARs
- continuously analyze sub-contract results such as PPV, delivery and quality and work to continuously improve.
- utilize the existing templates of monthly assessments to maintain open communications & balance cost with risk mitigation. These assessments should include, but not be limited to the following: site visits, questionnaires, web portal responses, third party reviews, phone calls.
- Schedule mitigation efforts include collaborative planning between multiple stakeholders (Operations, Engineering, Project Management, and Senior Management)
- Excel skills above average.
- Recommends as a sole contributor supply chain risk recommendations to buyer planner 4.
- Responsible for own safety following company and OSHA safety guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelors or equivalent combination of technical training and no less than 5 years relevant prior experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical problem solving required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office

Every customer is different; and every customer has a unique ask so following specific procedures and instructions while operating machinery and often times sitting or standing at a workstation for periods of time is required.
All of these tasks are performed in a clean room environment which is temperature and humidity controlled.
The Test portion of the role is responsible for performing production test routines on GPD products to ensure tested units meet performance criteria.
Specific operations include electrical measurement of photodiodes, reporting of data, organization of material batches, and reporting any concerns to production management.
It will encompasses all responsibilities of the Test Operator but is also responsible for ensuring that test stations are working to specification, can troubleshoot issues, and performs basic calibration routines.
The technician also works with engineering for implementation of new specifications or procedures.
This full-time, non-exempt role will be located in Salem, NH and will report to the Director of Operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Complete detailed and precise mechanical assembly of semiconductor assemblies requiring dexterity in handling small tools and parts.
Mount, align, and perform in-process testing to ensure final assemblies meet prescribed specifications.
Create electrical interconnects using gold wire bonding tools.
Demonstrate the ability to read and work from assembly drawings, verbal instructions, and engineering sketches.
Uses precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance with dimensional and electrical specifications and tolerances.
Perform electrical testing of optoelectronic devices, including handling of ESD sensitive, small, delicate parts.
Cleanroom operations required for some products.
Summarize and control lot data as presented with product to quality for inspection after testing.
Excellent attention to detail required, the ability to notice changes in results and abnormalities and report them is essential.
Work for prolonged periods under stereozoom microscope.
SKILLS & ABILITIES: Attention to detail and above average hand eye coordination is required for this position Must have good manual dexterity and able to work with small components.

Job Summary: Perform customer support activities involving the installation, preventative and corrective maintenance, and testing of electronic equipment and sub-systems used for monitoring nuclear power levels in the nuclear industry.

As a Senior Process Project Manager, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to leading and executing strategic capital investment and process improvement projects that enhance the design, performance, and reliability of our yogurt manufacturing operations. The role includes overseeing projects from concept through full implementation, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, plant operational needs, and product quality expectations. Responsibilities include driving process design, managing cross-functional project teams, supporting production and quality operations, and ensuring successful commissioning of new or upgraded yogurt processing systems. Additionally, the Senior Yogurt Process Project Manager will collaborate with other Lactalis USA Corporate team members, the Lactalis Group Corporate Engineering & Equipment Department, R&D, Quality, Finance, and Plant Engineering and Operations teams to align duties with the company's goals and values.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and performance criteria to support strategic business goals within yogurt manufacturing and processing.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate technical constraints, operational impacts, and cost-benefit considerations.

- Lead end-to-end project management for yogurt process initiatives, from conceptual design through commissioning, ramp up, project closure, and handover.
- Maintain and distribute comprehensive Project Schedules, identify critical paths, implement mitigation initiatives, and propose acceleration plans to ensure all projects are completed in accordance with the timelines in the Savings Plans and ROI calculations.
- Coordinate and facilitate project review meetings, develop and distribute meeting minutes, and escalate issues or risks to key stakeholders as required.
- Attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and commissioning activities to ensure equipment performance aligns with specifications and project objectives.
- Oversee installation, startup, and optimization of yogurt processing systems, resolving technical issues and ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
- Ensure all projects comply with corporate engineering standards, environmental regulations, food safety requirements, and applicable industry codes.
- Promote continuous improvement and standardization of yogurt processing technologies across the global manufacturing network.
- Travel to domestic and international manufacturing sites, vendor locations, and corporate offices as necessary to support project planning, execution, and commissioning.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:

Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience creating work instructions for cable assembly manufacturing.

What You’ll Do
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Own the manufacturing ramp-up for new cable and electro-mechanical assemblies

Develop Flight-Ready Work Instructions

The Production Supervisor leads daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring safe, efficient execution of complex Class 3 and Space Addendum assemblies. This role is hands-on and highly visible.
