Job Description Summary
The Department of Radiology at Jefferson Health / Thomas Jefferson University Hospital is seeking a Musculoskeletal fellowship-trained Radiologist to join its nationally recognized Musculoskeletal Radiology Division.
The MSK Division at Jefferson is among the largest and most academically distinguished MSK radiology groups in the United States, consisting of 12 fellowship-trained radiologists who hold leadership and committee roles in the International Skeletal Society and the Society of Skeletal Radiology. The division continues to expand with the opening of the state-of-the-art Honickman Outpatient Center on Jefferson’s campus.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Interpretation of diagnostic radiography, CT, MRI, and ultrasound
- Performance of ultrasound-, CT-, and fluoroscopy-guided MSK procedures
- High-volume MSK imaging, including:
- 120+ MSK MRI joint studies daily, many involving sports-related injuries
- 40+ diagnostic MSK ultrasound studies daily, frequently paired with image-guided procedures
- Image-guided interventions including:
- Steroid and PRP injections
- Tenotomy
- Calcific tendinosis barbotage
- Flexor retinaculum release for carpal tunnel syndrome
Sports & Specialty Imaging
- Imaging and image-guided intervention services for major professional sports teams, including:
- Coverage at the NFL Combine and MLB Spring Training
- Support for collegiate and high-school athletic programs and the Pennsylvania Ballet
- Imaging for a nationally elite institute specializing in core muscle (“sports hernia”) and hip injuries, treating professional athletes worldwide
- Ongoing research collaboration with the U.S. Olympic Team

About the Position:
The Medical Physicist Assistant plays an essential clinical support role in the cancer center and the broader hospital. Because the same team handles all the physics work for the hospitals, this position offers experience in both radiation oncology and the full range of medical radiation safety support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Quality Assurance & Equipment Testing
- Perform routine daily, monthly, and annual quality assurance (QA) tests on linear accelerators, imaging systems, and other radiation therapy equipment to ensure optimal performance and patient safety
- Conduct patient-specific QA procedures, including IMRT/VMAT dose verification and phantom-based measurements
- Assist with the commissioning and acceptance testing of new treatment technologies and imaging systems
- Support ongoing calibration and maintenance processes to maintain system accuracy and reliability
Radiation Safety Support
- Support radiation safety work across the spectrum of medical uses, including external beam therapy, diagnostic imaging, procedural fluoroscopy, diagnostic and therapeutic uses of radioactive material.
- Assist with radiation safety audits, surveys, and exposure monitoring to ensure compliance with state, federal, and institutional guidelines
- Support implementation of safety protocols and participate in safety training efforts for clinical staff
- Help maintain accurate records of radiation safety procedures, inspections, and dosimetry monitoring
Treatment Planning Assistance
- Collaborate with medical physicists and dosimetrists in the data collection and validation of the Eclipse treatment planning system
- Support clinical staff in maintaining and updating beam models, commissioning data, and patient datasets
- Contribute to troubleshooting and optimization of treatment planning workflows under supervision
System Support & Data Management
- Assist in the maintenance, testing, and documentation of oncology software systems (Aria and Mosaiq)
- Develop or use analysis tools to monitor system performance and ensure clinical accuracy
- Help with the integration and verification of new software and technology updates
Clinical Development and Research Support
- Participate in clinical development and performance improvement initiatives
- Assist in research data collection, analysis, and project documentation under the guidance of senior physics staff
- Contribute to the implementation of new technologies, workflows, and techniques that enhance patient care
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Physics, Medical Physics, Physics, Engineering, or a closely related field (Master’s degree from a CAMPEP approved program preferred)
- Foundational knowledge of radiation physics, radiation therapy, and radiation safety best practices
- Experience or familiarity with QA tools, survey meters, dosimeters, and treatment planning software
- Proficiency with technical software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ARIA, Eclipse)
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow clinical protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment
- Physical ability to handle QA equipment and navigate clinical settings

Mission:
We are seeking a Senior Engineering Admin to join our growing team. This individual will provide administrative support to the Engineering Department. Position responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the department, supporting interdepartmental processes and interactions, coordination and scheduling of meetings, prioritizing incoming communication, engineering team calendar management, and employee onboarding. Qualifications:
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role. Ideal background is supporting an Engineering department.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of computer and technology skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft suite.
- Must demonstrate the ability to be agile and pivot as needed in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a self-starter who demonstrates the ability to work independently.
- Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The Project Manager acts as the Owner’s Representative for a portfolio of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects primarily in the Greater Philadelphia region, but including locations across the U.S.. The role owns the full arc of delivery—from feasibility to closeout—with a responsibility to protect design intent while enforcing budget discipline, schedule accountability, and execution quality.
Reporting to the Project Director, the PM serves as the central decision integrator across internal teams (development, design, finance) and external partners (architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, municipalities). Success in this role requires deep construction knowledge, 5+ years of hands-on experience in architecture, engineering, construction management, or real estate development, and a proven ability in managing overlapping complex projects of various size and scale, high-end client expectations, and close collaboration with internal and external design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Owner’s Representation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Client communication related to budget, schedule, scope, and delivery logistics - with prior alignment from leadership. Clients should be handled with exceptionally high-level care and service.

- Establish and maintain master project schedules, including design, permitting, procurement, and construction milestones.
- Track all project costs against budget; review invoices and pay applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Lead cost estimating, value engineering, and cost-control exercises in collaboration with consultants and contractors.
- Review, level, and analyze contractor bids and proposals; provide award recommendations.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and challenge change orders to protect project value and intent.
- Monitor schedule performance, identify impacts, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Identify scope creep and scope changes, clearly documenting impacts and escalating to the Project Director with recommendations.
- Coordinate closely with the Procurement Lead to align purchasing schedules, delivery sequencing, storage logistics, and cash flow with the master project schedule.
Consultant & Contractor Management
- Manage architects, engineers, and specialty consultants from concept through construction with respect to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Drive design phases forward in close coordination with the Design Lead (Concept, SD, DD, CD), ensuring timely decision-making and resolution of issues.
- Draft, issue, and manage RFQ/RFP processes for consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Oversee contractor performance during pre-construction and construction, holding teams accountable to contract requirements.
Design, Coordination & Quality Oversight
- Lead internal and external coordination meetings during design to ensure all disciplines are aligned toward a complete, coordinated IFC set.
- Review drawings and specifications for completeness, coordination, and alignment with budget and schedule.
- Monitor construction quality and conformance with approved documents and design intent.
Permitting, Approvals & Local Coordination
- Support and coordinate zoning, permitting, and inspection processes in collaboration with consultants, general contractors, and local municipalities.
- Track approvals, conditions, and compliance requirements, ensuring information is routed to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the General Contractor’s permitting and inspection responsibilities to align with the project schedule.
Construction Administration & Closeout
- Lead weekly project meetings; prepare and distribute clear meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
- Perform regular site visits during construction to verify progress, quality, and adherence to schedule.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change management workflows, ensuring timely review, documentation, and communication.
- Oversee project closeout including punch list completion, certificates of occupancy, warranties, as-builts, and turnover documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in real estate development or owner’s representative project management - with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex, large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in Programs: Scheduling software (Microsoft Project or Project 365) & Microsoft or Google Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).

Position Summary
The Senior Automation Controls & Vision Engineer leads the design, integration, and optimization of advanced automation and vision-based inspection systems across our global manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Software Engineering to deploy high-performance, defect-detection and quality control solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate and optimize machine vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, Teledyne, SICK, Fanuc, KUKA, Dalsa).
- Configure lighting, lensing, positioning, and vibration control to ensure inspection reliability.

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.

We are seeking a Product Development Manager - Absorbent Hygiene for our First Quality Retail Services located in Lewistown, PA.
This position is responsible for the product development related to the absorbent hygiene products industry. Preferably in adult incontinence hygiene products.
This person will be responsible for developing and introducing new products and modifies existing products to meet customer needs. Collaborates with Business Unit to identify customer needs and interacts with Operations (Process Engineers, Production Planning, Project Engineers and Quality Assurance) and Marketing to implement new products in a timely manner. Must maintain an up-to-date information base on relevant new product developments (i.e. via commercial, professional, professional contacts & patent literature) and represents First Quality on professional technical committees.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Leads a cross-functional team to plan, develop, and implement product improvements and new product introductions from Operations through to the Marketplace.
- Investigates new technologies (materials & equipment) and their applicability to absorbent products.
- Works with Marketing to plan, conduct, analyze, and interpret consumer/market research studies.
- Plans, conducts, analyzes, and interprets product use tests to benchmark competitive product performance.
- Works with Patent/Trademark attorney on intellectual property considerations (patentability, infringement searches, right-to-market reviews, etc.)
- Prepares preliminary product costing for new products.
- Provides market-intelligence to corporation (patents/trademarks/industry news/etc).

The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering or science; MS preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of product development related absorbent hygiene products industry experience preferred, preferably in adult incontinence hygiene products.
- Knowledge of absorbent hygiene markets, products, competition, consumers, trends, etc.
- Knowledge and use of Probability and Statistical Inference.
- Knowledge and use of Design of Experiments.
- Knowledge and use of Patents/Trademarks, especially with regards to absorbent products and materials
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to develop and organize multiple projects.
- Ability to manage and lead a diverse, cross-functional team of professionals to deliver against key objectives and timelines.
