ABOUT THE ROLE
Plan, schedule and oversee the execution of all electrical maintenance activities in the plant in order to maximize equipment utilization and reliability
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Oversee the maintenance of process instrumentation to ensure proper environmental compliance.
- Oversee the maintenance of quality instrumentation to ensure proper quality control.
- Keep the Maintenance Manager informed of all electrical department issues including union issues, budget compliance, equipment reliability, and inter-department coordination.
- Develop and maintain the electrical and computer control system Predictive/Preventive Maintenance program.
- Daily monitoring of the plant electrical equipment to ensure reliability through physical inspections and process monitoring.
- Prioritize, plan, schedule and assign electrical and control system work, and coordinate this work with the other departments.
- Follows-up on the effectiveness of the work performed and initiates corrective measures where necessary.
- Maintain electrical documentation including but not limited to master equipment files, regulatory compliance files, equipment specifications, and repair history.
- Assist in the development of the electrical budget and maintain compliance to the budget.
- Evaluate computer control equipment and their components to assure they meet the plant requirements.
- Define, write and implement process control programs.
- Provide control system training and guidance for plant personnel.
- Troubleshoot control system hardware and software problems.

The Cost Estimator will play a critical advisory role, supporting clients from project inception through completion. This individual must be highly analytical, methodical, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a client-facing consultancy environment.

In a nutshell:
The Customer Satisfaction Representative manages a designated customer portfolio within the region, acting as the main contact, assessing their needs, prioritizing tasks, and cultivating robust relationships to optimize service processes.
What you will be doing:
- Manage a specific customer portfolio within a defined region, serving as the primary point of contact
- Foster strong customer relationships, understand their business needs, and collaborate to enhance service processes for mutual benefit
- Assess customer needs and prioritize tasks, including triaging workload for hotline engineers
- Executes all activities in line with guidance from local management
- Responsible for processing day to day part sales and orders
Key tasks and Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction Management: Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inbound inquiries, handling case logging, management, and follow-up.
- Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with field service dispatchers and spare parts inquiries to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Case Handling and Resolution: Manage end-to-end resolution of cases, including but not limited to identifying part numbers, creating orders, and confirming delivery times with customers.
- Spare Parts Logistics: Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely delivery and distribution of parts for customer service needs. Confirm delivery times and dispatch status for spare parts from the central warehouse.
KPI’s:
- Achieve overall company sales objectives and targets
- Business results measured by Customer Satisfaction (NPS), repeat machine sales, and after sales targets.
- Increase coverage of the ByCare Program
Key Skillset:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong general technical aptitude.
- Personal & Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and rapport-building with customers. Clear explanation of mechanical issues and multitasking abilities.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Quick learner adaptable to new challenges. Efficient multitasker with effective time management skills.
- Additional Skills & Requirements: Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce systems. Background in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred, with field service or customer support experience beneficial.

Who We Are Looking For:
The Vice President of Product & Consumer Experience, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer is a builder-operator owning Product Management and Consumer(B2C) Marketing end-to-end (strategy, budget, team and execution), alongside championing AI-driven innovation to drive product growth, consumer and partner engagement. This role partners with the existing B2B Marketing and Data Science functions while building out the B2C/consumer-marketing muscle. It also owns the end-to-end product investment thesis, contributes an independent voice in executive decisions, and helps shape our stakeholder experience with measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Product Strategy & Execution:
- Define and manage the product roadmap covering core features and AI-embedded/AI-powered capabilities with clear metrics such as revenue growth and user engagement.
- Drive an AI vision identifying high-ROI use cases, embedding ML models and generative AI into consumer-facing features, and deploying AI tooling that shortens spec-to-release cycles across Product, Engineering, and QA.
- Align roadmap priorities with business objectives and market trends through close collaboration with Engineering, InfoSec, Compliance, Data Science, B2B Marketing and the executive team.
- Work with engineering to develop products based on data insights that drive measurable results.
- Lead build vs. buy evaluations (in‑house, partnership, or M&A) and steer post‑acquisition “integrate vs. stand‑alone” decisions and execution.
- Join key Client QBRs and Vendor Councils; translate field insights into roadmap bets that unlock upsell revenue and partner performance
Consumer Experience:
- Own, develop and execute consumer marketing strategy (acquisition, retention, loyalty and growth) while collaborating with the B2B Marketing leader for cross-channel cohesion.
- Ensure full alignment of consumer marketing and product roadmaps (both technology and in-person experience).
- Own Consumer Satisfaction & Marketing KPIs and budget; apply analytics to optimize spend and performance.
- Build the consumer-marketing function: hire, mentor, and scale a data-driven team (growth, lifecycle, creative) that works hand-in-glove with Product.
- Run a test-and-learn engine, designing experiments, analyzing results, and iterating rapidly, using modern analytics and Data Science models to personalize outreach and offers.
Data Science and Consumer Insights:
- Work with the leader of Data Science to embed DS models (pricing, personalization, forecasting) into product features while keeping DS an independent “truth‑teller” for enterprise KPIs.
- Improve segmentation, pricing, and targeting to enhance consumer insights and outcomes.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Sales, and Operations to drive product-led growth and innovation.
- Work with other senior leaders to establish decision-making frameworks and clear accountability for strategic initiatives.
- Represent consumer needs to inform executive-level strategic decisions.
