We are seeking a Project Manager with 2β3 years of experience to join a growing Ownerβs Representative team supporting the delivery of data center developments in the Chicago market.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven early-career project manager who wants exposure to complex, high-value infrastructure and mission-critical projects while working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
Youβll play a key role supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of fast-paced data center programs, acting as a trusted representative of the client and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to support the successful delivery of data center projects. This is a highly visible role that blends project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and commercial awareness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as part of the Ownerβs Representative team, supporting the client throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinating with design teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Supporting project planning, scheduling, and reporting
- Monitoring budgets, schedules, and risk registers
- Preparing client reports and project updates
- Assisting with procurement processes and contract administration
- Attending project meetings and representing the client in discussions with project stakeholders
- Supporting the management of multiple project workstreams simultaneously
Requirements
- 2β3 years of experience in project management or project coordination within construction, engineering, or infrastructure
- Exposure to commercial construction projects (data centers, mission critical, industrial, or large commercial projects is a plus)
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment
- Understanding of construction project lifecycles
- Bachelorβs degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Chicago, IL β Cost Estimator (Civil Engineering Background Required)
We are partnering with a leading Ownerβs Representative and construction Consultancy firm in Chicago seeking an experienced Cost Estimator with a strong civil engineering background.
This position supports complex capital programs across infrastructure, ground-up developments, core & shell, tenant improvements, and refurbishments. Across sectors, including but not limited to: Government, Education, Retail, Hospitality, Life Sciences, Entertainment, and Infrastructure.
Position Overview
The Cost Estimator will play a critical advisory role, supporting clients from project inception through completion. This individual must be highly analytical, methodical, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a client-facing consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed cost estimates
- Develop and manage project budgets from early design through closeout
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost benchmarking
- Review drawings and collaborate closely with architects and consultants
- Evaluate contractor bids and change orders
- Conduct value engineering and cost risk analysis
- Deliver professional cost reports and presentations to clients
Required Qualifications
- Civil Engineering degree or strong civil/infrastructure background
- Experience within an Ownerβs Representative or Consultancy environment preferred
- Infrastructure project expertise highly desirable
- Full construction lifecycle exposure (preconstruction through closeout)
- Strong communication and client-facing capabilities
- Highly organized, professional, and commercially astute
This is an in-office role. Candidates must be based in Chicago.

We are seeking an experienced MEP Estimator in Denver with strong Project Controls exposure, particularly in Data Centre environments.
In addition, this consultancy operates within complex capital programs across infrastructure, ground-up developments, core & shell, tenant improvements, and refurbishments. Projects span Government, Education, Retail, Hospitality, Life Sciences, Entertainment, and Infrastructure sectors.
Position Overview
This role supports mission-critical and infrastructure-heavy projects within an Ownerβs Representative / Consultancy framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare MEP cost estimates and budget forecasts
- Support data centre project controls initiatives
- Conduct cost and schedule integration analysis
- Collaborate with engineering and architectural teams
- Provide advisory-level client reporting

This position supports complex capital programs across infrastructure, ground-up developments, core & shell, tenant improvements, and refurbishments. Projects span Government, Education, Retail, Hospitality, Life Sciences, Entertainment, and Infrastructure sectors.
Position Overview
This role requires knowledge in Power BI and Primavera P6 to support data-driven cost and schedule integration within complex capital programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop cost plans integrated with scheduling data
- Utilize Power BI for reporting and analytics
- Prepare detailed estimates and forecasts
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders
- Deliver client-facing advisory reporting
Required Qualifications
- Ownerβs Rep or Consultancy experience preferred
