The project involves major park and sports facility infrastructure upgrades including:

• Conversion of natural grass field to synthetic turf sports field

The inspector will work closely with DPW engineering staff to ensure construction activities meet City specifications, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance standards.

JOB PROFILE: REVIT DRAFTER – MODULAR CONSTRUCTION  

The Modular Revit Drafter converts architectural and engineering design drawings into LOD 400 production drawings used directly by our factory production team. This role supports the Modular Design Manager and ensures that modular building units are detailed accurately and efficiently for construction. This is a production drafting role in a high-output modular manufacturing environment. 

WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED (Minimum Requirements): 

• Entry Level: Experience with Autodesk Revit or similar BIM software (0-2 years) 
• Entry Level: Drafting support role (experience in any 3D or 2D drawing software) 
• Advanced Level: 2-4 years experience with Autodesk Revit 
• Advanced Level: Independently produced production drawing sets (architectural or structural or MEP) 
• Working knowledge of Revit modeling workflows including views, sheets, and annotation standards

About the role

The Solar & BESS Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closeout of solar photovoltaic and battery energy storage electrical installations throughout California and Nevada. This role manages projects ranging from 1–10 MW and requires strong technical expertise in utility-scale and large commercial solar, BESS integration, and medium-voltage (MV) electrical systems. • Review and coordinate electrical drawings, one-lines, grounding plans, and protection schemes.
• Support commissioning activities, including energization planning, testing, and utility witness testing.

Contract & Financial Management

• Manage project budgets, change orders, billing, and cost forecasting.
• Review subcontractor and vendor contracts, pay applications, and change requests.
• Track project costs against budget and proactively mitigate risks and cost overruns.
• Coordinate with accounting for accurate and timely invoicing and project closeout documentation.

Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination

• Select, manage, and oversee electrical subcontractors, testing firms, and equipment suppliers.
• Ensure subcontractor performance aligns with schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate material procurement, logistics, and delivery schedules for major equipment.

Safety & Quality

• Enforce company and site-specific safety programs in compliance with Cal/OSHA and company policies.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure jobsite compliance through audits and corrective actions.
• Implement quality control procedures and ensure installations meet industry standards and project specifications.

Permitting & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with AHJs, utilities, inspectors, owners, engineers, and internal teams.
• Manage electrical permits, inspections, and utility interconnection processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.

Reporting & Documentation

• Provide regular project status reports on schedule, budget, risks, and milestones.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change logs, as-builts, and closeout packages.
• Ensure timely completion of punch lists and final acceptance documentation.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in solar PV and/or BESS electrical construction.
• Proven experience managing 1–10 MW solar and energy storage projects in California.

Technical Requirements

• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, BESS architecture, and electrical balance-of-plant.

Compensation: $35 to $45 per hour

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that attract and retain top talent. This role plays a critical part in ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance across all compensation practices.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years of compensation experience, strong analytical skills, and hands-on knowledge of PayScale (and ideally Mercer or ). Experience supporting multi-state organizations or construction/engineering/project-based environments is considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Analysis & Market Benchmarking

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using PayScale software

• Evaluate the external competitiveness and internal equity of compensation programs

• Assist with salary structure development, maintenance, and job leveling

• Maintain job descriptions and support job evaluation processes

Compensation Program Support

• Support annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and promotional adjustments

• Partner with HR and business leaders to provide compensation recommendations

• Analyze compensation trends and prepare data-driven reports for leadership

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field

• 3–5 years of compensation analysis or related HR experience

• Strong working knowledge of PayScale software

• Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capability

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CCA (Certified Compensation Analyst)
