How You'll Contribute:

The Market TechOps Leader is responsible for leading technical operations within an assigned market, overseeing project management and installation execution to ensure consistent delivery performance, financial results, and client satisfaction. This role serves as the primary operational counterpart to market Sales leadership, aligning delivery capabilities with pipeline demand and client commitments. Reporting to the Territory TechOps Leader, the Market TechOps Leader provides leadership for Project Managers, TechOps Leaders, and associated delivery teams. The Engineering Leader is responsible for leading the Design Engineering organization across the company and ensuring consistent, high-quality, and profitable project delivery. Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering Operations, this role oversees Engineering Managers and Design Engineering teams, driving accountability, operational efficiency, and technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

A core focus of this position is ensuring Design and Project Engineers are positioned to perform their highest-value work-developing client relationships, shaping execution strategies, and ensuring system accuracy and expected functionality. This role partners closely with Engineering Documentation leadership to ensure documentation and support workflows are effectively leveraged, allowing Design Engineering resources to remain focused on technical leadership and client-facing responsibilities.

How You'll Contribute:

The Design Engineer (DE) is a contributing member of the core project team for Faith & Performance projects. The DE supports projects through the lifecycle from sales concept and design development to construction drawings and implementation support. Working under the guidance of a Senior Design Engineer or Project Engineering leadership, the DE assists in translating client needs and system requirements into coordinated technical designs and documentation.

The DE collaborates with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed and is responsible for producing accurate drawings, layouts, and supporting documentation in accordance with project standards. The DE contributes to equipment selection and bill of materials development, subject to review and approval by senior engineering staff.

• Contributor for complex engagements and works directly with Account Executives, clients, project teams and other DE's to develop specifications, designs, budgets, timelines and manage expectations.
  
  
• Conceptualize system designs and determine system requirements. Provide technical expertise and coordination information to support the architecture, installation and planning of live performance solutions (concert audio, cinematic multi-cam, theatrical stage lighting, house lighting, production IT, intercom, etc).
  
  
• Develop Faith and Performance project estimates, Bill of Materials (BOM), Bid Response submissions, and project agreements in partnership with the Sales Engineer and Proposal Manager
  
  
• Create Sketchup Models that assist in communicating concepts to the client in the early steps of the sales engagement, as well as being used as the basis for other design deliverables through manufacturers such as loudspeaker systems, camera plots, and house lighting designs
  
  
• DE may have client interaction and contribute to the P and L performance.
  
  
• Project lifecycle is important and learning the standards our clients are comfortable with is just as important as selling new technology and solutions where they fit. The position bears the responsibility to assist in developing long lasting client partnerships alongside the Sales Engineers & work with team members to maintain the account on all levels.
  
  
• Maintains expertise in the industry through ongoing review of trade publications, participation in industry trade shows, seminars and educational forums. May author articles and/or analyze trends.

How You'll Contribute:

A Media Sr Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from Initiation through Closing phases. However, the PM depends on the help of other people to perform most of the actual activities of the project. A project manager's role is primarily focused around written and verbal communication to all project stakeholders. The PM is responsible for overseeing and performing project management functions on all Broadcast projects, budgets, and scopes. The SPM will act as the person responsible for their assigned projects and have direct control over all project activities. Daily activities include project communications, scheduling, task lists for team participants, managing deliverables from the consulting team, and overseeing the completion of projects. The PM is responsible for completing consulting projects on time, on budget and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction from our customers. Most of this employee's time will be spent managing projects and communicating with all project stakeholders. This person will be helping to constantly improve the established Diversified processes. As the primary interface to the client, the project manager develops a strong long-term relationship. They manage the client relationship, including expectations, communications, and satisfaction.

The SPM needs to negotiate a very complex set of variables between discovery, analysis, conceptual design, and a widely varying set of expectations with multiple stakeholders. The skill of communicating both verbally and in writing to manage all these variables takes a very high level of awareness, emotional intelligence, and people management skills. The PM is constantly managing the forces of change in every project environment. Balancing schedules, budgets, scope, quality, and client satisfaction are a very complex set of variables.

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. As a Material Compliance Engineer at Cinch Connectivity Solutions (Bel Fuse), you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet all relevant environmental, legal, and safety regulations regarding material usage. You will drive compliance initiatives across the product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers, and proactively monitor global regulatory requirements. Leveraging your expertise in compliance management systems and regulatory frameworks, you will help safeguard product integrity, support sustainability efforts, and contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes throughout the organization.

Are You Looking to:

• Work with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, purchasing and quality assurance teams to ensure new and existing products comply with material standards.
• Compile, analyze, and manage data on material content using excel databases and internal operating systems.
• Create and maintain compliance documentation, review materials, and handle submissions to customers.
• Help develop and maintain internal policies and procedures for material compliance.
• Monitor and interpret global regulatory requirements (e.g., WEEE, TSCA, IMDS, EU, Asia-Pacific, Americas) and ensure company products comply with all applicable standards.

Are You Ready to:

• Interpret federal and international product compliance regulations (RoHS, REACH, PROP65, CMRT, SCIP Database).
• Take corrective action for non-compliant products.
• Collaborate with suppliers on discrepancies or non-compliance.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to verify material compliance; lead corrective action processes for discrepancies or non-compliance.
• Lead compliance-related projects and mentor junior team members to promote best practices across the organization.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to address compliance challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with internal and external audits related to product and materials compliance.
• Engage in continuous learning regarding related compliance topics.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Materials Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3 plus years relevant experience working in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated experience in interpreting regulatory frameworks and delivering clear, actionable guidance on compliance requirements, with a focus on RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, CMRT, SCIP Database, and related standards.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically up to 10%, as required by management.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
