Responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with the various Area Managers to effectively promote safety ownership to field management.
- Perform weekly, monthly and quarterly safety visits /inspection in accord with East Region Safety Action Plan.
- Provide assistance and technical expertise in implementation of all areas of the safety program.
- Provide training and mentorship on Daily Job Brief meetings and paperwork.
- Provide training and education of staff in safety philosophies and safe work practices.
- Deploy oversight processes which ensure the integrity of safety inspecting, training and reporting procedures.
- Participate in pre-bid and pre-construction phases of projects, focusing on safe work practices and equipment needed to successfully complete the scope of work.
- Lead development of Activity Hazard Analysis, Daily Job Briefings, Work Site Observation Reports and Safety Action Plans.
- Track and verify that corrective actions are completed in a timely manner. Review all incident reports to ensure corrective actions are completed. Take a pro-active role in investigating all OSHA recordables and High Loss Potential incidents.
- Assist in any other functions required by Corporate or Regional management.
- Interface with Customers and vendors on safety related issues.
Requirements:
- Gas distribution, Water distribution, Substation, and Utility Construction experienced preferred.
- Prepare & Review Site specific Safety Plans/Lift Plans.
- Ability to manage EHS effort for large projects with multiple subcontractors
- Conduct and document routine jobsite safety inspections
- Demonstrated competencies in areas of excavation, rigging practices, confined spaces, scaffolding and fall protection.
- OSHA 500/510 certification preferred
- Strong Knowledge of OSHA 1926 construction and 1910 general industry standards
- Experienced in accident investigation techniques and root cause analysis.
- CPR Certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge in underground damage prevention.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.

Kelly Government Solutions has an opening for a Biomedical AI Imaging Scientist to support the Integrated Research Facility at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Frederick, MD. KEY TASKS
(1) Support imaging scientists with acquisition of imaging data and conduct research as directed by NIAID involving and related to imaging and artificial intelligence in support of the Integrated Research Facility (IRF) in Frederick, MD
(2) Consult with scientific staff and NIAID leadership to ensure data meets scientific objectives; coordinate overall study logistics with other core laboratory services.
(3) Analyze and interpret imaging data from various modalities to support research studies on select agent viruses.
(4) Develop, train, and validate machine learning and deep learning models for image segmentation, feature extraction, and quantification tasks.

(8) Work closely with the other functional area leads at the IRF to integrate imaging analysis results with other data for a comprehensive understanding of viral pathogenesis.
(9) Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures while working in a BSL-4 environment.
(10) Provide guidance on experimental design and implementation and strives to quickly resolve problems; publish results in peer-reviewed journals.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
(1) Ph.D. in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics, or a related field with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or image processing. Candidates possessing master's degree and relevant experience may also be considered.
(2) Experience analyzing multimodality imaging scans, such as parametric image analysis of MRI data
(3) Strong theoretical foundations in machine learning, deep learning, and image analysis techniques with experience working with biomedical imaging data.
(4) Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB along with experience using popular deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Backed by experienced technical leadership and validated bench-scale chemistry, the team is now entering equipment procurement and pilot plant commissioning. This role offers the opportunity to translate proven chemistry into stable production and help build the technical foundation for commercial expansion.
What You Will Do
In this hands-on role, you will:
- Translate bench-validated chemistry into pilot-scale operating conditions
- Define and refine process parameters and material targets
- Support equipment selection, process design decisions, acceptance testing, and commissioning
- Develop and execute structured test plans to improve yield and consistency
- Interpret material characterization data (XRD, Raman, SEM, GDMS)
- Troubleshoot high-temperature thermal and chemical purification systems
