About the role:

This role is responsible for increasing Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base, increasing client engagement with existing software clients, and growing the SaaS client base through new sales. This role calls on existing clients to nurture and grow relationships while identifying and pursuing new client opportunities to meet a predetermined sales quota. Conducting the majority of client interactions remotely, this role has the flexibility to meet in person as needed.

• Contacts assigned clients and presents opportunities for additional sales and/or extended usage based on client needs.
• Identifies and secures new SaaS clients by leveraging self-generated prospecting (i.e. networks, referrals, etc.) and company-initiated prospecting programs.
• Executes all defined operational processes and requirements with excellence (i.e., designed cadences for client and prospect engagement, ongoing product and demo certifications, order entry requirements, centralized intake forms, etc.).
• Participates in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• We are hiring for both entry level (1-3 years of experience) and senior level (3+ years of experience) candidates.
• Direct sales experience required (preferably in a SaaS role or company)
• Senior level requires 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle)
• Industry knowledge with the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the Thryv product suite
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to build relationships.
• Time and organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with competing schedules or conflicting demands
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment, effectively conducting sales presentations while following company established processes and procedures
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS office and the ability to learn new programs and systems
• Associate’s degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience required

The on-target earnings (“OTE”)(base + incentives) for these positions is $137K per year with the ability to make more in most US locations. The client is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join their Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the President of one of their largest subsidiaries. This role encompasses full accountability for the North American business's operations, overseeing supply chain, logistics, warehousing, procurement, quality, safety, engineering, and facilities through multifaceted plant operations.

The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction while managing resources cost-effectively across multiple plant locations. We are currently working with a growing consulting organization that is looking to bring on an Azure Databricks Architect to support a large-scale modern data platform initiative.

This role is fully remote, however the consultant must be based in the Chicago area in order to collect company equipment on day one.

Senior Project Manager (2 Openings)

Remote | 50% Travel (U.S. & Mexico)

We are seeking two Senior Project Managers to lead large-scale industrial manufacturing projects across North America. These are high-visibility roles overseeing complex initiatives ranging from $1M–$35M in scope.

Location: Fully remote, with strong preference for candidates based near a major airport hub — Chicago (Northbrook preferred), Atlanta, Northern NJ, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, or Los Angeles.

Travel: ~50% (U.S. & Mexico). No extended weekend stays expected.

Role Overview

Bilingual Senior Project Manager (Spanish Required)

One hire must be fully bilingual (near-native Spanish & English) and will lead significant consolidation initiatives in Mexico, including plant combinations, regulatory/permitting coordination, workforce transitions, and operational ramp-ups.
