The Infrastructure Project Manager will support the Network Engineering team in delivering large-scale infrastructure initiatives across enterprise LAN, WAN, and Data Center environments. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support network connectivity initiatives such as VPNs, NAT configurations, transport resiliency, and IP routing solutions.
• Provide clear, consistent status reporting and communicate project progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive accountability and collaboration across engineering, operations, and business teams to support informed decision-making.
• Identify risks, track dependencies, and proactively resolve issues that could impact delivery timelines.

• 5+ years of project management experience, with exposure to large enterprise network infrastructure or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIP) and enterprise networking concepts.
• Experience managing or coordinating projects involving Cisco routers/switches, VPNs, and Extranet connectivity.
• Ability to translate complex technical details into clear, actionable plans and documentation.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated experience engaging partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders to support key business decisions.
• Familiarity with Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE) or equivalent technical environments is highly preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Source and attract top talent across engineering, project management, and transmission & distribution energy roles through proactive outreach, job boards, networking, and social media
• Build and manage candidate pipelines for active and future client projects
• Screen, qualify, and interview candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand project requirements and align candidate profiles to client needs
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
• Leverage market insights to identify hiring trends, emerging skill sets, and new talent pools
• Track activity and progress in our CRM, ensuring an organized and efficient recruitment workflow

The Quality Assurance Manager leads all food safety, quality, and regulatory programs for the facility. This role ensures compliance with FDA/USDA regulations, SQF/BRC standards, and internal quality expectations while partnering with Production, Sanitation, and Maintenance to maintain a strong quality culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HACCP, HARPC, GMPs, allergen control, sanitation, and traceability programs.
• Oversee daily QA activities including in‑process checks, finished product testing, and environmental monitoring.
• Lead audit readiness and certification efforts (SQF/BRC).
• Investigate non‑conformances and customer complaints; implement CAPA.
• Supervise and develop QA technicians and specialists.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and support FDA/USDA and customer audits.
• Approve product specs, labels, and process changes for compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of QA experience in food or beverage manufacturing; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, FSMA, GMPs, and SQF/BRC.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Preferred

• SQF Practitioner or PCQI certification.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with ERP or quality systems.

• Architectural registration required with current license, NCARB registration preferred. LEED Green Associate Accreditation desired.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience, Master’s degree preferred
• 8-15 years of experience as in Project Architect or Project Management position in an AEC firm
• Commercial, Healthcare or Government project experience
• Revit
