SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
Chrome Hearts is seeking an experienced Technical CAD Designer to join our Eyewear development and manufacturing team. In this role, you will generate 3D geometry for detailed products and tooling, 2D drawings and other manufacturing / quality control documents. This role starts where the creative process ends and supports the product development cycle all the way into serial manufacturing. This role integrates expertise in product development, manufacturing processes, tooling, document generation and control. This work is primarily done on a 3D CAD platform.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Produce detailed 3D geometry, documents and 2Ddrawings based on input from cross-functional teams including product engineering, process development, CAM, manufacturing, and QC.
- Design finished products, tooling, fixtures, and comprehensive technical documentation packages to facilitate manufacturing and quality control.
- Play an integral role in the team developing new or adapted manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Apply expertise in material and process tolerances to design moving parts and complex assemblies.
- Acquire proficiency in material properties for precious metals, plastics, wood, tool steel, aluminum, and 3D-printed materials to design components, complete assemblies, and process tooling.
- Adapt insights from existing manufacturing processes, product designs and materials to shape future development projects.
- Must have ability to articulate and understand complex concepts visually, verbally and in written form.
- Ability to process information from many sources, in different formats, to build a complete design package used to interface with manufacturing and suppliers.
- Ability to organize and store information in digital format.
- Familiarity with rapid prototype CNC manufacturing processes is advantageous.
- Stay abreast of current and historical design trends within the company.
- Interface with the data management system a plus.
- Inspect physical parts against the 3D model, generating reports on deviations and collaborating within a team to rectify issues and enhance processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Over 4 years of 3D modeling experience in an industrial environment with direct contact to the manufacturing team.
- Familiarity with Rhino 7 software is an advantage; training in this area is provided.
- Experience in tooling design.
- Knowledge of CNC machining processes, software, and tools is a plus.
- Ability to design for manufacturability and aesthetics.

Context The Security Services Engineering team is rolling out a new identity architecture to streamline access and reduce exception accounts. The goal is to improve the user experience by enabling users to do their best work with a single, pre-provisioned identity while reducing our attack surface.
This contractor will serve as the operational hub for this rollout, partnering with the Informed Captain (Parrish Newton-Tigh) and cross-functional partners (Employee Services, NTech, AnimTech, etc.) to manage the logistics of moving users between domains (Google, Slack) and ensuring they are supported throughout the change.

Job Summary
The Manager, Business Applications is responsible for the operational ownership, governance, and lifecycle management of AEG's U.S. corporate business applications (excluding Finance, HRIS, and Access Control systems). We are working exclusively with a precision manufacturing business in Los Angeles producing high tolerance components on advanced CNC mills, lathes and grinding equipment. Our operation supports demanding industries and maintains tolerances to within 0.0005 inch. Equipment reliability is critical and the Senior Machine Maintenance Engineer will play a central role in protecting performance, uptime and quality.
As the Senior Machine Maintenance Engineer your responsibilities will include
• Deliver proactive preventive and predictive maintenance across industrial machinery including CNC equipment, grinding machines and large scale production systems
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical faults including alignment issues, vibration, spindle and bearing failures and precision loss
• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems including drives, motors, sensors and PLC integrated machinery
• Lead root cause investigations, implement corrective actions and improve long term machine reliability
• Develop maintenance strategies, mentor technicians and drive continuous improvement across the site
As the Senior Machine Maintenance Engineer you will bring
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline
• Strong hands on mechanical diagnostic capability across industrial or manufacturing equipment
• Solid electrical fault finding skills including drives, motors and industrial control systems
• Experience working on large scale production machinery such as pressing machines, vacuum systems or similar heavy industrial equipment
• The confidence to work independently, document findings clearly and minimise production disruption

Position Overview:
The Continuous Improvement Plant Director will lead high-impact operational improvement initiatives across manufacturing. This role goes beyond analysis — you will implement solutions, train teams, standardize processes, and ensure improvements are sustained. High visibility role working cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain, with direct visibility to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks (quality escapes, rework, prep time, inefficient assembly, material flow issues, etc.)
- Lead Lean and Six Sigma (DMAIC) projects delivering measurable improvements in cost, quality, and cycle time
- Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions
- Convert tribal knowledge into Standard Work, SOPs, and clear work instructions and help move the operation toward a paperless, analytics-driven environment
- Support development of scalable, repeatable processes
- Develop and track KPIs (scrap, rework, downtime, OTD, cycle time)
- Analyze shop floor data and present actionable insights to leadership
- Measure and report savings in dollars, hours reduced, and risk mitigation
- Support ERP improvements, system integrations and implement visual management tools and structured shop floor controls
- Implement digital tools (Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, digital checklists)
- Deliver hands-on Lean/CI training to operators, leads, and supervisors
- Lead Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and cross-functional improvement workshops

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering or continuous improvement experience
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (5S, VSM, SMED, Poka-Yoke, Visual Management) and Six Sigma (DMAIC, root cause analysis)
- Experience developing standard work, driving real improvements, measurable cost savings, cycle time reductions and shop floor digital tools
- Bilingual English/Spanish Required

- Background in Aerospace, heavy fabrication, or complex assembly preferred

Our Principal Embedded Real-Time Software Developer/Integrator is a technical position that works in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment to architect, design, implement, test, debug, and deploy Software for Firmware (FPGA) and Hardware solutions that meet current and next generation autonomous avionics systems’ needs.
