SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Integrated Energy Analytics Specialist is responsible for driving initiatives focused on reducing Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions, improving energy efficiency, process water conservation, manufacturing waste elimination, while achieving cost savings within the organization. This role leverages advanced data analytics, a thorough knowledge of K-C manufacturing processes, and expertise in energy and process data acquisition and control systems to identify and execute impactful projects. These efforts are aimed at elevating environmental and sustainability performance, supporting progress toward the organization's near-term 2030 sustainability targets.
This role will report directly to the Director, Environment & Energy Technologies and will include Global responsibilities.
In this role, you will:
- Piloting and Deployment of AI Applications for Energy Efficiency. The Integrated Energy Analytics Specialist is responsible for piloting artificial intelligence (AI) applications that target improvements in energy efficiency and reductions in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. In addition to leading these pilot initiatives, the specialist is tasked with developing and supporting a pipeline for near-term deployment of successful applications across additional manufacturing sites.
- ·Energy and Climate Reporting Support – The specialist provides support for the organization's energy and climate reporting systems. This includes tracking both leading and lagging key performance indicators (KPIs) for relevant programs, implementing appropriate processes and controls, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in data management and reporting.
- ·Cross-Functional Collaboration – Projects and EBPs. Collaboration is essential to the success of energy and sustainability projects. The specialist works closely with Segment and Plant Engineering as well as Operations teams to generate ideas and execute projects centered on energy best practices. These initiatives are designed to deliver both sustainability benefits and measurable financial gains for the organization.
- ·Fostering a Sustainability Culture. Promoting and reinforcing a positive culture of environmental stewardship and sustainability within the organization is a fundamental aspect of the role. The specialist encourages proactive participation and engagement from all employees in these initiatives.

SUMMARY
As a key member of the Preconstruction and Estimating team, the Estimator plays a critical role in preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates across all project stages—from schematic through construction documents. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Estimating Excellence
- Prepare accurate and timely quantity takeoffs across multiple divisions.
- Interpret construction documents and plans to build estimates aligned with project goals.

Position Overview
Place Services, Inc. has an immediate need for a Preconstruction Manager in our Retail Division to lead our retail estimating efforts our of our HQ in Canton, GA.
The Preconstruction Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing the estimating strategy for retail construction projects while leading, mentoring, and developing the estimating team.
This role partners closely with executive leadership, operations, and business development to ensure competitive, accurate, and profitable bids.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all estimating activities for the Retail Division, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and competitiveness across all bids
- Develop and execute estimating strategies aligned with company goals, market conditions, and client expectations
- Oversee the solicitation of subcontractor and supplier pricing and maintain strong, long-term trade partner relationships

Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of retail construction, including ground-up, tenant build-out, and remodel projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architecture or Business
- 8+ years of estimating experience within the retail construction industry, including leadership or management responsibilities
- Proven experience estimating projects typically ranging from $500K to $20M+ in revenue
- Strong proficiency in estimating software and electronic takeoff tools such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Procore, OST, etc.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Strong understanding of subcontractor scopes, general conditions, and risk allocation
- Demonstrated ability to resolve scope gaps, contract issues, and pricing discrepancies

ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Resource Planner to lead the optimization of our project lifecycle, from planning through commissioning. This is not a traditional scheduling role; you will act as a strategic advisor, auditing our current "Excel-centric" workflows to identify inefficiencies and architecting data-driven solutions. JOB DESCRIPTION
The Tooling Design Engineer is responsible for technical ownership of the Invar layup mold design scope, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, manufacturing intent, and release‑level documentation prior to design handoff.
Responsibilities include:
- Own tool architecture and design intent for Invar LM tooling, including facesheets, substructures, lifting features, casters, drill bars, and return flanges
- Ensure design compliance with vacuum integrity requirements, DB locations, TC integration, and customer‑provided standards
- Interpret and apply AWS/WPS welding requirements within drawing notes and weld details
- Lead design reviews, adjudicate comments, and control scope through approval and release phases
- Coordinate technical interfaces between tooling design, CAD development, and checking activities
- Approve final design and drawing packages for release prior to customer handoff
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent experience)

You will be the Electrical Wiring Fabricator (Fabrication) for the team which is responsible for soldering, final bench assembling, and continuity checking aircraft electrical radio and radar assemblies.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Electrical Wiring Fabricator (Fabrication), you will be responsible for setting up and operating automated wire processing machines to number, cut, strip, lug, and otherwise process wire for use in electrical parts, assemblies, and accessories.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling and wiring completely aircraft electrical, radio, and radar units such as main junction and terminal boxes, main engine disconnect plug, main control, switch panels, radio panels, and instrument panels
- Completing hookup of wiring, flexes, and cables, and troubleshooting electrical and radio assemblies having multiple interconnected units and accessories
- Forming and running harnesses, breaking out and terminating wiring to terminal points where wire routing and location of electrical units and accessories are established by jig board layouts
- Making continuity checks (including necessary operation) of above assemblies and harnesses as required, and selling same to inspection
- Fabricating completely hi-voltage radio and radar cables that require the soldering of multiple wires, shields, tubes, connectors, pins, washers, spacers, and cores

• Experience with various networking protocols including: TCP, UDP, IP

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum (2) or similar 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Required Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100, MD-101), ITILv4, Azure Fundamentals Agile Certification Microsoft MCSA / MCP or equivalent
Required: 5+ years working in Windows 10 Engineering, POS Systems Administration, or Desktop Administration role within the IT industry. Senior Windows technical experience or a minimum of 7+ years of Senior Windows technical experience Required: 3+ years project management: small to medium time sensitive projects Required: 7+ years Desktop engineer experience (POS platforms are a plus) Preferred: 8-10 years verifiable, hands-on experience supporting organizations with multiple (100+) remote sites

Your Role
As a Sales / Account Executive you will help drive new business to our industry leading software and services. Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate meetings with construction clientele at all levels, with a focus on Owners/Agencies, Architects/Engineers, General Contractors, and Construction Managers
- Work closely with Client Solutions and Inside Sales teams for market penetration through outbound prospecting, trade shows, networking, etc
- Leverage personal network and social media (ie Linkedin) for market education and promotion of Multivista services
- Identify, develop and grow client relationships at an account and project basis
- Effectively demonstrate Multivista’s solutions, specific to client/project needs (Multivista Webcam, UAV/Drone, Progress Photography, Laser Scanning, +++)
- Manage activities, meetings, and opportunity history from initial contact to internal handover utilizing a highly customized CRM (Salesforce) and lead database (Dodge Construction Data)
- Speak to Hexagon Multivista ancillary services (ie "Create" + "Analyze") to identify opportunities for expanded offerings
- Support field technology initiatives & project operations across your designated region

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in construction or technology related sales
- Self-motivated, competitive mindset with desire to maximize company revenue and personal income
- Strong communicator who is comfortable on the phone and in virtual / in-person meetings
- Comfort working with others; strength in communication and teamwork
- Coachable, organized, and disciplined
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce strongly preferred) and related systems (ie Microsoft SharePoint/TEAMS)
- Strong understanding of the construction, engineering, or technology industries is a plus
Compensation
Total compensation may range from $60,000–$150,000+ (base salary + incentives), uncapped, based upon performance.
