The Professional Staff Nurse is a Registered Nurse and an essential member of the care delivery team. - Manage a portfolio of clients providing advice on hedging strategies, running and analyzing effectiveness tests, drafting hedge designation memos, creating journal entries and financial statement disclosures in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS, and providing management and auditor support
- Serve as a subject matter expert who your clients and colleagues seek for guidance often requiring preparation and presentation of technical accounting education materials to various stakeholders
- Lead projects to help clients design hedge accounting programs that meet their economic and financial reporting objectives
- Contribute to internal initiatives to drive process efficiency, standardization, and technology design by providing technical accounting expertise
- Work together with our Advisory and Accounting Operations team members to prepare and review period-end accounting deliverables that will impact the client's financial reporting
- Work directly with clients and internal teams to onboard client portfolios or new hedging strategies into our technology platform
- Contribute to cutting-edge research in one of the most complex and still-evolving areas of accounting
Contributors to your success:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting; a minor or interest in economics or finance is a plus
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- 4+ years in public accounting audit or accounting advisory (Big Four is a plus)
- A passion for technical accounting, related research, and reading and applying US GAAP and/or IFRS accounting standards
- Experience in ASC 815/ASC 820 and/or IFRS 9/IFRS 13 and desire to become a subject matter expert on these topics

NEW OPPORTUNITY for an Electrical Assembly Intern at Gratz Operations!
Assist and support the current Assembly team with electrical assembly projects, while learning and gaining experience in electrical machine design, machine testing, and/or machine controls. This position is one that understands how to read electrical schematics and can assist in properly building panels, routing, and terminating wires for complete machines. The ability to operate manual and powered hand tools, such as drills, grinders, and sanders is desired. This position is under the supervision of the Assembly Team and Electrical Engineers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for assisting higher-level Assemblers and Engineers in electrical panel builds.
· Read and understand assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and assembly instructions.
· Follow standard assembly procedures and adhere to pre-determined best assembly practices.
· Hand drill, ream, and tap holes for wire hold downs as needed.
· Layout and build electrical panels working off drawings and schematics.
· Properly label all wires according to electrical prints and schematics, and verbal instructions.
· Route and terminate wires according to electrical prints and schematics and verbal instructions.
· Work with engineers in the testing of electrical panels and machines.
· Work with a cooperative team when necessary.
· Ability to follow instructions without constant supervision.
· Maintain a safe and clean workstation while having a safety-conscious mindset.
· Working with Engineers and the manufacturing team improves the manufacturability of machinery.
· Prioritize workload to ensure that deliverables are completed in timelines that meet customer expectations

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in Hands-on electrical machine assembly, panel building, electrical maintenance role, or other electric work. An equivalent combination of experience and education to successfully perform the essential functions of the position will also be considered.
· Able to read and understand engineering assembly drawings, instructions, schematics, and prints.
· Basic electrical machine systems understanding required.
· Basic Understanding of stop/safety controls and safety interlocks required.
· Ability to interface with individuals with diverse backgrounds at varying levels of the organization.
· Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) desired.
· Strong passion, high energy, and enthusiasm for growth.
· Strong communication skills and detail-oriented.
· Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to set priorities for multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs all work according to MSHA and H&K Safety policies
- Perform pre and post trip of equipment every day and fill out daily inspection sheets
- Starts engine, shifts gears, presses pedals, and turns steering wheel/moves joysticks/levers to operate bulldozer
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers on site
- Maintains haul roads that are smooth and safe
- Keep stockpiles properly bermed and maintained
- Ensure product is blended correctly
- Performs routine maintenance on equipment such as lubricating and cleaning

Qualifications
Required Skills, Education, and Experience
- One-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school OR six months of related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
- Able to pass practical skills test for excavators and loaders

- Ability to understand and carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
